INSTALLATION OF CHAIN LINK FENCING AT LGJ MIL STN

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning soft soil, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations, shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, laying pipe line, laying of cables or fixing poles and stays and struts etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 nominal mix by using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation of posts and struts filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with Fly Ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type C1 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in post and struts block, coping incl necessary formwork etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work as in posts or struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only mild steel round bars 10 mm dia for fixing of chain link fencing with post etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for 10 mm dia of neck, Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F for barbed wire galvanised steel 2 strand 2.24 mm dia with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and stringing and fixing to fencing posts including securing or tying with and privious of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc (each line of horixontal or diagonal wire shall be measured separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only galvanised mild steel chain link fencing of 3.15mm dia wire, 100x100 mm mesh size complete all as specified and directed. Note : the weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made accordingly. BOO duly counter signed by GE shall be enclosed with final bill

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and direcrted

M & L for painting steel and iron surfaces of any discription,over 10 cm width or girth, with preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces priming with one coat of read oxide & finish with two coats of synthetic enamel paint ordinary tint all as spefified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 on wall finished fair even and smooth all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed

Returning filling in incl spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layer n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling & mass concrete and under PCC ramp for down stream of grill/garting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter rough finish surface of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregrate as in column footings, plinth beams complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes : Reinforcement steel and formwork shall be measured and paid for separately

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for fair finished surfaces of concrete and stanchions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregrateas in columns, gate pillar etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes : Reinforcement steel and formwork shall be measured and paid for separately

S&F for TMT bars (Fe-500D) 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

S&F for TMT bars (Fe-500D) 5 mm dia over upto including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on RCC projected protion of wall finished even and fair complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for rolled mild steel conforming to FE-290 (Grade-165) as in framed work such as gates etc similar works, framed and hung as gates complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : The rates include for welding as directed and fixing etc
