UPGRADATION OF TECH AREA UNDER GE 865 EWS

Demolition of cement concrete/Bituminous surface/PQC in ground floor and paving exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting Power roller exc 5 tonne and not exc 8 tonne, complete all as specified and directed by GE.

M&L laying and compacting 200 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade V as specified table 400-1of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge work 2013 in a single layer over compacted sub grade with natural sand crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag, or combination thereof as per the grading required. The materails are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rollling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the maximum dry density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and bridge works 2013.

M&L laying and compacting 150 mm thick in two layer (compacted thickness in two layers 75mm thick each layer) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for road and bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed graded aggregates and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013.

M&L providing and laying Dry lean Concrete (DLC) 150 mm thick of aggregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49 2014 having 7 Days average compressive strength not less than 7 Mpa maximum cement content not less than 140Kg/Cum DLC mixed in batching plant, transported to site and laid by electronic sensor paver including spreading and compacting using high amplitude tamping bars of paver (initial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximum dry density, necessary finishing etc complete all as specifed and tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge work 2013, complete all as listed, specified & directed by GE, in accordance with Para 20.B.2.6 and 20.B.6 of SSR Part I specification, forming part of tender.

M&L Supplying and laying 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) water proof wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm/Sqm over tack coat/sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and at transverse joints as minimum 300mm, complete all as specified at Para 11.43.2.2 of SSR Part I specifications and directed by GE.

M&L 10mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual, organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over DLC layer as specified and directed. (No addiitional amount to be paid for overlap and admissibility of River sand will be approved by GE)

M&L 200 mm thick pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days field flexural strength of 45 Kg/Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregates of clean, hard strong, dense, non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement wtih non-circular, virgin synthetic fibre of 12-16 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39 UV stable, alkali resistant with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240 degree centigrade and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer, PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip form paver of minimum 7.50 m width, including curing and tinning by Texturing cum curing machine complete all as specifed and directed required surface texturing to be done as specifed in clause 10.1.14 and table 9 of IRC 15-2017 and para 20.B.7 of SSR Part-I

Supply only polyester triangular fibres as secondary reinforcement in all type of concrete and mortar.
