Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil as per SI.No. 2.8.1

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete. as per SI.No. 2.25 (a)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) As per SI no. 4.1.8

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) : as per SI No- 6.2.2

Providing and laying in position 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level As per SI No.-5.1.3

Providing and laying in position 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level As per SI No.-5.1.2

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work ready to use "cut and bend" rebars of approved make from factory/workshop to construction site including placing in position and binding all complete in Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. As per SI. No.- 5.22 B.1

Brick work with common burnt clay bricks of M-150 Class in super structure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand ) as per SI No- 6.1.2

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to 1S: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters. 10.6.1 80x1.25 mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover

12 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:6 ( 1 cement & 6 course sand ) as per IS 13.4.2

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)As per DSR No-.4.1.3

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture as per Sl no. -13.62.1

Finishing walls with water proof paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied) Sl no. -13.44.1

Providing and fixing angle iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Angle sections of size 35x35x5 mm, joints mitred and welded by angle iron 35x35x5 mm or 35x 5 mm flat pieces to the existing T-iron frame or to the wall with dash fastener, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge. as per SI no. 10.31

Providing corrugated G.S. 1.00 mm thick sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (12.1.1)

Centering and shuttering including stutting, propping etc. and removal of form.

Construction of information piller in brick work with Black Granite stone (2x3) size with B/W in 1:4 in 1.20m.wide wall, 23 to 35 cm thickness & 1.35m. Height above G.L. with plaster in 1:4 as per drawing attached I/C digging & painting of letters ,snowcem two coats & I/C all materials, labour and T&P etc. complete.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. 1.8.3 Group C

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 A modular socket outlet and 5/6 A modular switch, connections etc. as required DSR 2022 1.36.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.(2 X 1.5 sq. mm + 1 X 1.5 sq. mm earth wire) DSR 2022 1.14.1

Supply and Fixing of 6 Amp to 32 Amp. MCB (10KA) C Curve. As per S.I. No- 1002 CAT(A)
