Welding/cutting of the reinforcement bars i/c making arrengement of welding machine with operator, electrodes etc. required for welding i/c hiring & transportation charge of welding machine all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m²
12 mm cement plaster of mix :

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :
New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).
Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:
Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :
Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).
Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately) :-Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.

Weeding out vegetation growth embedding in foundation of re- constructed b/wall at different locations and by plucking, pulling out roots embedded deep inside the boundary wall , pouring acid to prevent further growth of plants complete etc. i/c disposal of the same as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all loads including all lifts involved.
