M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:4 in two coats (10 + 5) with water proofing compound including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

S&F aluminium section in sliding windows/ventilators ,any type (sliding on minimum two PVC roller of best qulaity for each shutter), powder coated in approved colour (Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron), aluminium section (medium weight of series 'B') as section directed by Engineer-in-Charge, cut to size, jointed together with cadmium plated steel screws including rubber beading or gasket for aluminium sections for fixing glass/XPM jali and all necessary fittings complete, screws, plugs for fixing screws, etc all as specified and directed (Make : JINDAL/HINDALCO) Notes : (i) Weight of aluminium sections shall only be measured. (ii) Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be inclusive of all necessary fittings and fixture such as roller, handle locks etc. Quoted rate shall be deemed including cost of rubber beading or gasket etc and will be not measured separately. (iii) Glass pane and wire meshwill be measured and paid separately under relevant items as supply only. .

Note: The Grills shall be of Model DG-102 or any other Model of Make Deco or equivalent make as approved by the GE.

S&F and mild steel framed work as in grills, greating and guard bar with end of bars shouldered and / or reveted or forged into spikes nad similar works confirming to Fe-410 and Fe-310.

M & L for preparation of new surfaces on wall and applying two coats of 100 % acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of acrylic primer incl. complete removal of existing treatment and necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer compelte all as specified and directed by EIC

M & L for 18 to 22 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab of size 590mm x 590mm in flooring, laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing etc complete all as directed and specified.

S & F factory made solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, complete all as specified and shown in drg for SI No. 8095 on ser page No. 160 in SSR-2010 (Pt-II), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory Made Solid Panel PVC Door Shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet shall be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, as per specification & drawing for SI No.8080 on ser page No.156 in SSR-2010 (Pt-II), complete all as specified and directed.

(Aluminium section shall be of make Jindal/Hindalco/ Indalco) Note:- Weight of Aluminium sections as per actual or as per IS or as per manufacturer, whichever is less, shall only be considered for payment. Cost of other items / accessories required for entire completion of the work shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. However glass panes, wire cloth, bakelite sheet panels shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective items
