Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Borrw Pits Construction of Embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 meter transporting to site spreading grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5.(3.4) (MoRD Sl. No.-3.4 and Specification No.-301.5), (Excluding Royalty), (Including Labour Cess), (GST will be paid extra as applicable).

Granular Sub-Base with Well Graded Material (Table 400.1) (A) By Mix in Place Method Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting to 12.5cm/11cm (compacted thickness) with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD Technical Speicification Clause 401. (MoRD Sl. No.-4.1 and Specification No.-401), (Including Labour Cess and Royalty), (GST will be paid extra as applicable).

WBM Grading - III Providing and laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification incluidng spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density as per MoRD technical specification clause 405. (MoRD Sl. no. 4.7 and Specification no. 405), (including Labour cess and royalty) (GST will be paid extra as applicable).

C.C.Road Construction of unreinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade OPC cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel,laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision to contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealent,dowel bars,near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 and as per direction of E/I. (MoRD Sl. no. 6.4 and Specification no. 1500), (including Labour cess and royalty) (GST will be paid extra as applicable).

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.(3.14) (Excluding Royalty) (MoRD Sl. No.-3.14 and Specification No.-303.1), (Including Labour Cess), (GST will be paid extra as applicable).

H.P.Culvert (600 mm dia NP3 & 350mm dia NP4) Excavation for Structures Earthwork in excavation for foundation of structures upto 3m depth as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1104 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracin, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material, As per directed by engineer-in-charge. (Excluding Royalty) as per S.I. No. 251. (Including Labour Cess), (GST will be paid extra as applicable).

PCC (1:3:6) Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 802, 803, 1202 & 1203.As per MoRD Sl. No.-11.4 and Specification no.-800 & 1200. (Including Labour Cess and Royalty), (GST will be paid extra as applicable).

Bedding of Pipe Bedding for Pipe /(ii) Type B (First Class) Bedding / Laying (First Class) bedding on well compacted sand, moorum or approved granular material as per Clause 1105 (ii) / Rate as per Item No.11.2 of Chapter 11. as per MORD Technical Speicification Clause 401. (MoRD Sl. No.-9.2 and Specification No.-1100 & 800), (Including Labour Cess and Royalty), (GST will be paid extra as applicable).

Brick Masonary Work (1:4) Brick masonry work in cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 600, 1202 & 1203. As per MoRD Sl. No.-12.1 and Specification no.- 600. (Including Labour Cess and Royalty), (GST will be paid extra as applicable).
