Providing and laying Cement Concrete in 1:2:4 of not less than strength of M-15 stone grit (20 mm nominal size) approved coarse sand and cement. Curing complete including of cost of form work in foundation and floors.(5-Chapter Sr.No.6 Si.No..4.1.3)

Mild steel of iron in heavy size such as trusses built up gates record reck, roof work gates etc. brought to required form including drilling holes revitting are welding where neccesary, and also including supply of steel bolts , nuts wastage etc. and there fixing required for completion of the work. Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having balconies, shelves, chajjas, bands, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing exlcuding reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 in heavier beam (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand(zone-lll) : 3 graded stone).
