Servicing work of 33kV VCB of the work Involves complete checking of Operation of Mechanism repairing and Replacement of faulty Parts and Coil's Proper Adjustment/Alignment of Tripping & Closing Lever Operating Rad and Lubrication of Mechanism of breaker for smooth Operation & Proper working in Remote & Local mode with Interlocking for closing & Tripping Operation. Proper testing work the following test tasks must be performed along with the test report. Insulation Resistance Value Test Closing & Tripping Timing Test Termination Work with ferruling Coding Wire-Luges of 33kV Control Relay Panel to 33kV Element's for Operation. 33kV Current Transformer to CRP. 33kV Potential Transformer to CRP, 33kV Vacuum Circuit Breaker to CRP. (If Required Damage and Defective Part's like Spring Charging-Motor, Charging Gare. Pole-Insulator, etc is Provided by Contactor and CRP to VCB/C.T/PT Wiring Control Cable and Power Supply Singal Phase 230Volt's is provided by Department) (All Testing Work is done by NABL Certified Testing Kit.)

Servicing and Trouble-Shooting work of 33kV Control Relay Panel in the work Involves complete checking of Operation of Tripping & Closing Operation for Over Current & Earth-Fault with Master 86 Tripping Relay and W.T.I. O.T.I and Buchholz Relay for Tripping and Alarm for Transformer Protection, and repairing of master tripping relay if required.

Proper wiring and testing work Should be done by ferruling Coding wire-Luges 33/11kV Power Transformer to CRP like. WTI-Tripping & Alarm, OTI-Tripping & Alarm, Buchholz Relay-Tripping Alarm MOG-Tripping & Alarm, PRV/OSR-Tripping & Alarm.etc. (If Required Damage and Defective Part's like W.T.I & O.T.I is Provided by Department and CRP to Power transformer Wiring Control Cable will be provided by contractor if required).
