Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 including demolition of brick or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 with water proofing compund (@ 3% by weight of cement) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprately.)

M & L for preperation of surface of wall/chajja and applying a coat of tapecrete P-151/Cemcrete acrylic polymer modified cementitious slurry consisting of one part of TAPECRETE P-151/Cemcrete and two parts of cement by weight complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Gypsum Board 600 x 600mm and 12mm thick (textured finish), white prelaminated sett embossed reinforced designer ceiling boards tiles of approved texture at all height laid on hot be structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm center. hangers of GI wire 4mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, screw etc. The last hanger at the end if each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall, flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runner at 600mm center to form 600x 600 modules cross tee longer than 600mm to be supported independently. 600x600 dodules formed by fitting 600mm long cross tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Tee perimeter wall angle shall be 0.45mm thick GS sheet of size 19x19mm and 300mm long of white colour all as manufacturers and as directed.

S & F in repair suspended false ceiling with "E" grid suspended ceiling grid system of grid size 600 x 600mm with GI frame work of main runner 38 x 24mm sheet thickness 0.4mm, cross tee 28 x 24mm sheet thickness 0.3mm and wall angle 24 x 24 x 0.3mm using 4mm thick high pressure steam cured classic variant E-Board, designer pattern to be placed in the grid suspended by 2mm dia GI wire at distance not exc 1.2m center to center with butterfly clips including preparation of surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

All as above Item No 16 but excluding snap grid complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS : 3384-1986 @ 0.40 Iitres/sqm on prepared surface and allowed to dry. (c) Applying and laying 3mm thick APP membrane having non woven polyester matt at core and covered with high quality polymeric asphaltic protected thermo fusible HMHDPE film on both sides with over laps 10cm and 15 cm at longitudinal and transverse direction respectively and sealed by flame, sealing all overlaps complete including treatment at all junctions and corners. The membrane shall be torched into groove on vertical plane and groove sealed with cement mortar 1:3. (d) Applying a coat of bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg/Sqm over membrane belnded with coarse sand. (d) M & L for machine pressed chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300x300x20mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) PCC padding or rendering for leveling of undulations on roof shall be measured and paid separately (ii) For filling undulation or levelling either PCC or rendering shall only be allowed for payment purpose.

M & L for Cleaning the concrete surface by brushing & watering and applying a coat of tapecrete P-151 Acrylic Polymer Modified cementitious slurry consisting of one part of TAPECRETE P-151 and two parts of cement by weight and shall be allowed to dry for 4-6 hours. Applying a coat of TAPECRETE brush topping 1.5mm thick consisting of one part of TAPECRETE P-151, two parts of cement and two parts of silica sand by weight and cured to 2 days complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for provision of roof treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane as specified here under :- (a) Taking down existing water proofing treatment and cleaning roof surface by washing and rubbing etc. and removing the material retrieved to a distance not exceeding 500 m where directed. (b) Applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS : 3384-1986 @ 0.40 Iitres/sqm on prepared surface and allowed to dry. (c) Applying and laying 3mm thick APP membrane having non woven polyester matt at core and covered with high quality polymeric asphaltic protected thermo fusible HMHDPE film on both sides with over laps 10cm and 15 cm at longitudinal and transverse direction respectively and sealed by flame, sealing all overlaps complete including treatment at all junctions and corners. The membrane shall be torched into groove on vertical plane and groove sealed with cement mortar 1:3. (d) M & L for two coats of aluminium paint @ 0.10 litre/Sqm (each coat) on membrane surface all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) PCC padding or rendering for leveling of undulations on roof shall be measured and paid separately (ii) For filling undulation or levelling either PCC or rendering shall only be allowed for payment purpose.
