Taking down cement plaster, of any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls/ceiling including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified.

Surface excavation n exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exceeding 50 metre but not exc 500 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with subclass ‘B’ old size burnt bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting openings, through brick walls, built in cement mortar for door, window & other openings or enlarging existing openings, converting window into door openings, etc. or cutting out defective bk wk for under-pinning, including providing, fixing & removing shoring, cleaning & stacking bricks, removing surplus serviceable bricks, hardcore, etc., to store & rubbish not exc. 50 m, complete all as specified.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Anti-termite treatment of soil by treating the top surface of filled earth at the rate of 5 litres of emulsion per square metre of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth filling under floor laid in layers n.exc 15cm thick spread, levelled and blinded with earth and rammed including watering and consolidation,complete all as specified.
