Providing and fixing ceramic tiles/ anti skid tiles of size 400mm x 400mm or above size of approved make in flooring laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20mm thick cement course sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed pigment to match the shade to tiles. (HSR 14.91) (Note:- Make NITCO Kajaria, Somani, Orient, Johnson and RAK)

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles size 300mm x 450mm confirming to I.S 15622 ( thickness to be specified by the manufacture ) of approved make in all colours shades except burgundy , bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dado over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 coarse and jointed with grey cement slurry, including pointed in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shades complete.HSR 14.92 (b)

Providing and fixing in position best quality stainless steel sink of size 530mm x 450mm x175mm with complete fitting as fully described. HSR 30.51. (HSR 30.53 b)

Marble stone flooring 20mm to 25mm thick slab including matching grain of marble (White Makrana Ist quality) laid in any pattern as specified over base of 12mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of marble including rubbing and polishing ( for kitchen slab) HSR 14.49 (a)(i)

Chowkats of commercial hard wood such as hollock, champs ,chikrassy and chaplash etc. (non ciniferous timber other than tea conforming to IS specification no. 1003 kiln seasoned ), of door and window including iron hold fasts, corner straps, screws, bolts for hold fasts, etc. Complete fixed in position .HSR 17.12

Commercia hard wood such as hollock, champs ,chikrassy and chaplash etc. (non ciniferous timber other than tea conforming to IS specification no. 1003 kiln seasoned ),shutters with vertical styles and rails, as specification in statement no. 1 ( attached in the end of HSR chapter 17) with two no. plywood panels of the specification thickness, mentioned below, tongued and grooved including the cost of iron hinges, screw ,chocks/cleats, stopsetc.complete fixed in position excluding the cost of tower bolts and handles but including the labour for fixing the same. 30mm thick ( 12mm thich commercial plywood panel) HSR 17.30(b)
