Use & Waste for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:1.5:3 (20mm graded stone aggregates) as in footings/plinth beams complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing 40mm thick cement concrete of type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) with water proofing compound @2% by weight of cement even and fair surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 on walls, finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling, finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 1.25 mm thick pressed steel frame of size 105X 60 mm for door with one ore more rebate including necessary fixing lugs, stainless steel hinges, locks strike plate etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L sheet glass ordinary quality 4mm thick in squares n.exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary form work as in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete, in floors including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in CM 1:6 complete. all as specified and directed.

All as per item 32 above but in skirting over 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading levelling, watering well, ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in soft/loose soil (from available soil) complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material exc 250m n.exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post hole or similar holes each n.exc 0.50 Cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth around in layers n.exc 25 cm, watering and removed surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling , and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.
