Installation of Omni-Directional Inset LED Taxiway Edge fitting - on existing CI housing box using 12" to 8" Mild steel 10 mm thick reducer plate inclusive of connection with secondary cable, transformer etc., including of providing necessary connectors, for incoming & outgoing etc. complete as required.

Supply of Isolating transformer of 5 KV Grade suitable to operate upto 7.5 Watt, LED light of medium intensity light fitting encapsulated in polyester resin finally moulded in neoprene rubber with primary and secondary connection as specified in particular specifications. (a) 6.6A/6.6A of 15 W

Supply of Isolating transformer of 5 KV Grade suitable to operate upto 80 Watt, LED Signage Board encapsulated in polyester resin finally moulded in neoprene rubber with primary and secondary connection as specified in particular specifications. (a) 6.6A/6.6A of 150 W

Making field connections by crimping of 6/16 sq.mm. plug & receptable with existing 6/16 sq.mm. single core PVC Cu. Conductor cable including filling the gap with water sealent material applying PVC insulation tape etc. complete as reqd.

Supply of C.I. Isolating Transformer housing box, water tight round type,metal container of outside size 330mm height 450mm made of 10mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole centre at one side surface centre 75mm above bottom surface suitable to receive one /two nos. of 50mm dia "B" class GI pipe and including check nuts as required and another hole at 175mm from the bottom of the CI Box to receive one no. 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe and check nut as required.The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 30mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 nos. M10 tapped hole at the hole centre 260 mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts complete as required. (a) Single Hole Type

Installation of Transformer housing boxes with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630x630x100 mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150mm thick,the top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 250 mm long 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe with check nut for drainage of water including excavation of side shoulder and refilling (wherever the transformers boxes are to be installed in a line the same has to be aligned in such a way that the centre fall in a straight line) etc. complete as required.

Providing, laying and fixing 50 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep) and re-filling etc. as required

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required.

Supply installation testing and comissioning of indoor type aircooled FAA compliant Microprocessor based Constant current regulator of thyrister controlled type suitable for use on Input Supply voltage 230V/415 V +/-10%, 50 c/s input AC supply with out put power of following rating with 5 steps variation of current output suitable for local and remote control oparations with 24/48 Volts integral control supply and complete with output digital ammeter of (0-30) Amps range, over current, over voltage, earth fault protection and earth leakage meter, possitive feedback indication equiments, complete with 5.0 KV grade suitable current transformers and relay contacts complete as required as per AAI specifications. (a) 7.5 KW MPCCR at 6.6 A, with 230 VAC tapping at 4 KW

Supply of 2 X 105 W Inset Type bi-directional High Intensity Runway Edge light fittings, complete with prism assembly, optical assembIy, 'O' ring seal pressure relief test plug, 6.6 A halogen lamp, filters (White/White), shallow base, die cast aluminium inner body & outer cover and other accessories etc. complete as required meeting requirement of ICAO Annex-14 and Aerodrome Design Manual Part -IV

ITC of inset type light fixtures after making suitable size of hole / core cutting in the bitumin / pavement area of runway / RESA and fixing with dobefil and hardner inclusive of connection with secondary cable, transformer etc., including providing necessary connectors, mountings for incoming & outgoing etc. complete as required. including surface cutting upto 1 meter length in taxiway/runway/apron of PQC / bituminous upto 30 mm and width 15 mm for 1or 2 nos sencondary lead including refilling the same by suitable sealing material etc. complete as required and as per instruction of E-I-C

Supply, installation, testing, commissioning of Guidance signage board (IP 65 protection) complying ICAO standard of various sizes fabricated from anodized aluminium profile structure & 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, 4mm thick non-specular surface polycarbonate signage sheet, symbols of sign shall be made of self-adhesive 3M film applied on face of polycarbonate sheet and All reflector sheet for light reflection if required. Board shall be illuminated with linear LED's & driver(s) i/c all other accessories, suitable converter to operate on two different circuits A&B seperately, of 2.8 Amp to 6.6 Amp AC constant current as incoming supply , mounting legs with breakable coupling & base frame, crimping & molding secondary leads with connector kit of OEM approved , supply & laying of PVC coated GI flexible pipe with couplers for protecting secondary leads, providing cement concrete foundation of suitable size & depth for each unit, providing pedestal up to 1.5mtr all around the signage with 1:2:4 CC of 150mm thick & finish with neat cement plaster, connections / interconnections with isolating transformers complete as required and confirming to tenders technical specifications etc. complete as required.
