Waterproofing Treatment Making surface free from all dust debris oil and other loose material, and cleaning the surface,Sealing of joint & Filling of cracks with Polymer modified cement putty. Providing and applying one coat of SBR based polymeric DI primer SBR of M/s Star Coating & Membrane Pvt. Ltd. over the prepared surface as per direction of engineer in charge. Providing and Applying Primer coat of highly flexible upto 1000% Liquid Membrane Eniroof EMB® (1Kg Eniroof EMB®: 1 Liter).Providing and applying Reinforcement Polyester glass fiber Mesh 10x10 mesh size 50 gsm with an overlap of minimum 50 mm over the Primer coat while Primer coat is green. Providing and Applying one coat of Eniroof EMB® in the ratio (1Kg Eniroof EMB®: 250 to 300 ml Water). Providing and Applying two coats of acrylic based cementious coating over the protection plaster (1 kg AQUAGUARD 50%®: 2 Water: 4-5 Kg Cement). as per direction of engineer in charge.

Dismantling existing plaster including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-I/C within a distance of 60 M.

Providing and Applying two coats of acrylic based cementious coating over the Brick before plaster (1 kg AQUAGUARD 50%®: 2 Water: 4-5 Kg Cement) as per direction of engineer in charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of one part of cement & four part of coarse sand (1:4), (Protection plaster (C:S,1:4) of 12-15 MM as per the site requirement, admix Enicon L confirming to ASTM C 1059-86, 0.1 to 0.2% by weight of cement)minimum thickness not to be less then 10 mm including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work.

Applying Birla or equivalent putty on new interior or exterior surface over one coat of water based cement primer of ICI or equivalent brandfor smootheningand levelling of the surface as per requirement and direction of Engineer I/C including cost of all material, labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of work.

Painting one coat with Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint (Paint and water in the ratio 1:1 by volume) over prepared and primed surface of cement concrete, cement plaster and bricks including all labour, material and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, (preparation of base with Birla putty etc. and a coating of primer shall be paid extra) .

Same as above in item no. 07 but for every coat after first coat of Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint.
