Taking/removing existing tar felt treatment of any description from RCC roof slab, terrace etc and cleaning of all foreign material such as fungus mass dust etc,roughing surface of corner to roof by means of MS scrapper patty or any other suitable tools and removing to a distance 500 mtr from the starting point and depositing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roof slab or terrace, cleaning out, wetting, grouting, with cement sand slurry in 1:3 with mixing of liquid WPC by wt of cement (as per manufacturer instruction) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering or screed bed 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 in averaging on RCC roof slab/terrace surfaces with mixing of WPC with cement (as per manufacturer instruction) including finishing even and smooth without using cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying APP modified water proofing membrane 3 mm thick with non woven polyester reinforcement having weight not less than 3.5 Kg per sqm over a coat bituminous primer oil based for membrane by the respective manufacture @ 0.30 ltr per sqm including overlapping as specified and as approval of make as specified in PS including one coat of bituminous based aluminum paint on top surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Battens for tiles, shingles etc, of any size including tilting fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, Framed work in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Second class hard-wood clean sawn as in scantlings fixed in framed work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel as roof trusses (framed) purlins (angle, beam, tee channel) incl distance piece, cleats etc of Fe-410W (Gde E-250 quality A) with and including necessary cutting bending drilling holes welding, rebates etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry Type C-I 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) with solid block ,exc 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving's n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete Type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), as in floors, etc, and finished the cement concrete surfaces even and smooth with out using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor and path, plinth protection etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out joints/pointing cement mortar to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick plastering on brick work or concrete surface in CM (1:6) and rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Ser Item No. 35.00 above but in cm 1:4 (external surfaces) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down necessary parts of rolling shutters of any description area exc 4 sqm but n.exc 20 sqm each from brick/stone walls including top cover complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only rolling shutters of any type (obtained from Ser Item No 37.00 above) after making good & serviceable condition i.e. oiling, greasing & laths jointing complete all as specified and directed. (Note Supply and fixing of any fittings or accessories required to replace shall be measured and paid separately).

S&F steel rolling shutters, without ball bearing manual type including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated complete with thickness of laths 1.25 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs steel tension spring for rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Hangar 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Aluminium anodised snap grid frame work for false ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 8 to10 mm thick PVC insulation panels with EPS stuck to 1mm plain PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of Aluminium/G.I./M.S. as per specification complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for false ceiling with 10mm thick 600x900mm plaster of paris sheets fixed with machine screws on GI channel 18 gauge, thick grid work, main joists placed at 750mm centres, secondary joists placed at 450mm centres, GI angle suspenders from roof and treating the plaster of paris sheets with thin layer of pop with Gypsum binder, sanding the surfaces till smooth surface is obtained including preparation of surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plaster of paris decorative cornices/ moulding to the pattern as approved by Engineer in Charge of cross sectional dimension exc 13 Sqmm and n.exc 25 Sqcm and fixed in decorative pattern including preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer matching with the colour of ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing on newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white alkali primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparing new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a one coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Mild steel sheet eaves gutters, 1 mm thick and 150mm wide galvanised class 3, half round with rounded edges complete all as specified and directed.
