Supply, install, test and commissioning of air cooled split units (1 running & 1 standby) for refrigeration capacity suitable for room size 17.77x12.62x7.74 feet, in cold room 02 Nos condensor unit (1 No working and 1 No standby) fitted outside the building with suitable stand/standard bracket/platform and 2 Nos indoor (cooling coil) unit (1 No working & 1 No stand by) fitted inside the cold room with necessary clamps/bracket with proper drain tray including drain pipe upto out side all as per manufacturer specification suitable for temperature upto -20°C and laying of refrigerant pipes and with necessary initial gas charging of refrigerant R-404A including pre wired control panel with single phase preventer ,Overload relay, Surge protection relay and necessary cabling from main panel to new control panel and indoor unit to outdoor unit complete all as specified and as directed including with Supply and install cold room of size 17.77x12.62x7.74 feet with 100 mm PUF insulation for wall & ceiling with pre painted stainless steel inside and PP outside (PP/PP) including manual type swing door with 34x78 inches of (Item 1.00 Contd.../-)

Supply & Fix vertical type TPN DB double door, 200 amps rated busbar for provision of MCCB as incomer & MCB as out going 4 way. Make Havells or Equivalent in Legrand, L&T Note: MCCB & MCB will be measured separately under relevant items.

Supply & fix MCB TPN 32 amps 10 KA 415 Volts (for each cold room 2 running & 1 Standby) all as specified and as directed. Make Havells or Equivalent in Legrand, L&T

Supply & fix 3 Pole MCCB 100 Amp 50 Hz 415 V with rupturing capacity 25 KA suitable for isolation including enclosure complete all as directed.

Material & labour for sub main wiring of size 4x10 sqmm along with earth wire 2x10 sqmm PVC cable single core conductor in Casing caping all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out for soft & loose soil all as directed.

Material & labour for Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm for soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix Tubes, 'medium grade' galvanised iron with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors of size 80 MM dia bore

Material & labour for Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) of Rolled mild steel in Fe 410 -W(Gde- E- 250) quality- A complete all as directed.

Supply & fix prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Material & labour for Hand packing (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level Broken stone or boulders complete all as directed.

Material & labour for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete of grade 1:4:8 D2 type 40 mm graded stone aggregate all as directed.

Material & labour for 50mm thick Precast cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) slab flooring, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as directed.

Supply & fix for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 5cm long of size 11 to 15 mm dia neck all as directed.

Material & labour, Earthing complete with copper plate electrode of size 60cm x 60 cm x 3.15mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal Ground Level connected to copper strip 20X3 mm as earth lead connected by means of bolts, nuts, washers and check nuts made out of galvanised iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I connected to main board/distribution board complete all as specified and directed. Note No.1: The unit rate shall also include for earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RCC M-25 (design mix) cover 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia CTD bars @ 150 mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade, GI protection pipe medium grade 40 mm dia and wire mesh complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (notes) under sub-heading earthing, specified on Sl. page No.347 of SSR Part-II. Note No.2: Earthing lead beyond 7.5 m will be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling of old coldroom by removing all connections carefully , making into scrap, removing from site, shifting to MES store yard by own vehicle as directed by Engr-in-charge and making space for provision of cold room all as specified.
