Apply of primer coat with ready mix red oxide, zinc chromate primer of approved brand on steel galvanized iron/steel works including rubbing and cleaning of rusted surface by wire brush etc. of substation structure breaker pannels, transformers, shutters, feeder pillars etc. as required and instruction of engineer in-charge (E&M)/TS

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacturers to give an even shed two or more coats of structures etc as required.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturers to give an even shed two or more coats. (Spray painting only) of breakers, transformers, panels, shutters, feeder pillars etc as required

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture

Weding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc complete
