Civil Work

Excavation in Soil (any type) using Hydraulic Excavator CK90 with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, including all lifts and combined lead upto 30m.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical clause 401 of MORT&H specifications

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage from mix plant to site of work, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical clause 406 of MORT&H specifications

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking Paving blocks of M- 40 grade manufactured by block making machine equipped with steel mould clamped to a strong vibratory table with hydraulic pressure for compaction of concrete as per IRC SP 63 -2014 and of approved size and design / shape laid in Ordinary Grey Colour and pattern over and including 40 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge.

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 with stone ballast of size 20 mm guage using concrete mixer voluemetric type complete as per PWD specifications

First class brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:5 in foundation and plinth (CSR 11.5)
