STP Design, Supply, construction, installation, testing & commissioning of package type Sewage Treatment Plant based on principle of aerobic attached growth non clogging randomly Moving Bed Bioreactor (MBBR) having capacity 50 KLD, including required foundations and the following as per the specifications given here in below and in particular specifications :- (a) One number Stilling chamber in MS FRP construction, for stabilised the pressure flow of sewage, as per drawing. (b) One number Fine Bar screen chamber in MS FRP for fine Bar screen of MSEP construction, to be installed at an angle of 60° to prevent floating objects passing through it and subsequently removing manually and dumped for further disposal, as per drawing . (c) One number Oil & Grease removal chamber in MS FRP, as per drawing . (d) One number Equalization tank in MS FRP construction, as per given specifications and drawing, to cater for the peak discharge including provision of diffused air to ensure that septic conditions do not occur in tank at all, through air grid suitable for dispersion of 15 m3/hr air to the entire bottom surface of the tank.

Item No.39 continued.. (e) Two nos. (one working and one standby) raw sewage Centrifugal monobloc self-priming pumps complete with motor and all necessary accessories and fittings, to be installed for transferring sewage from equalization tank to process. Separate valves should be provided and suction and discharge. Level sensor should be provided in the tank and interlinked with pumps for ON-OFF operation as per water level in the tank. One pressure gauge for each pump has to be provided to measure pressure at the outlet. (f) Two nos. (one working and one standby) Twin lobe Air blower complete with motor and all necessary accessories & fittings, for providing air in equalization tank & MBBR reactors. One no. Air rotameter is to be provided in each line to MBBR reactor 1 & 2/ EQT for measurement of quantity of air. (g) One Anoxic Chamber in MS FRP construction with Mixer. (h) Two Set of MBBR tank in MS FRP construction with all internals comprising of media, air grid & riser pipe, media retaining sieves, etc.

Item No.39 continued.. (j) Two nos. (one working and one standby) sewage centrifugal monobloc self-priming pumps complete with motor, with all necessary accessories and fittings for recirculating the treated sewage from outlet of MBBR 2 to anoxic tank to maintain anoxic conditions. Separate valves should be provided and suction and discharge. One pressure gauge for each pump has to be provided to measure pressure at the outlet. (k) One Set of Tube settler tank in MS FRP construction with all internals comprising of media, supporting structure & collection trough. (l) Two nos. (one working and one standby) sewage centrifugal monobloc self-priming sludge transfer pumps complete with motor and timer-based operation for set time after every set interval of time, with all necessary accessories and fittings for transferring sludge from bottom of the Tube settler to the sludge bag. Separate valves should be provided and suction and discharge. One pressure gauge for each pump has to be provided to measure pressure at the outlet. (m) One no. Chlorine Contact cum Filter feed tank in MS FRP construction.

Item No.39 continued.. (n) One set of chlorine dosing system comprising of solution tank and dosing pumps, with necessary connection for dosing of solution in chlorine contact tank. (o) Two nos. (one working and one standby) filter feed centrifugal monobloc pumps complete with motor and all necessary accessories and fittings for feeding tertiary unit, Level sensor should be provided in the chlorine contact cum filter feed tank and interlinked with pumps for ON-OFF operation as per level in the sump. Separate valves should be provided and suction and discharge. One pressure gauge for each pump has to be provided to measure pressure at the outlet. (p) One no. Dual Media filter complete with media, frontal piping, valve and pressure gauges to measure pressure across the filter. (q) One no. Activated Carbon Filter complete with media, frontal piping, valve and pressure gauges to measure pressure across the filter. (r) One no. Treated Water Tank in MSFRP construction, to collect treated water after tertiary. (s) One No. Sludge Bag system with DWPE Dosing for Sludge Dewatering .

Item No.39 continued.. (v) One lot of Power & control LT Cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with aluminum conductor of size as shown on drawing. Note: The cost of Al thimbles/lugs and cable gland, cutting of hard surface, excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, brick protection and making good to disturbed surface etc. is included.

Notes for item No 39 to 44. :- 1. Quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the complete package type STP of capacity 50 KLD including any item which is essential for satisfactory working of the STP but either not mentioned here-in-before or capacity, rating, Nos of items are not correctly mentioned here-in-before. 2. STP LT Control panel should have adequate control switches, FASD starter, Metering, Indication lamps for Motor ON / OFF / TRIP and control wiring for auto / mannual operation. 3. Before quoting the bid, Contractor or his authorised Engineer / consultant must visit the proposed site to study the site condition. 4. Execution of work at site shall commence only after approval of design details by accepting officer. 5. All Civil, Mechanical, Electrical works shall be carried out as per relevant BIS/IS/equivalent standard norms only and also in accordance with the latest edition of the Indian Electricity Act / rules formed there under and as amended from time to time. Any other works (civil mechanical & electrical) connected to installation, testing & functional requirement of package type STP capacity 50 KLD all as mentioned above and which is not mentioned or included in this schedule but necessary shall be carried out by the contractor against the rate quoted for item No 1 above. 6. Yard stick for payment shall be approved by Accepting Officer (based on BoQs and rates given by the contractor)

Notes for item No. 39 to 44 continued.. . 7. Design details of STP etc shall be in accordance with the policy issued by E-in-C’s Br MES New Delhi vide letter No. 86435/Misc/E4 (U3) dt 19 May 2017 .( 8.) Entire plant shall be tested after successful commissioning by rep of Accepting Officer and contractor shall make all arrangement without extra cost. 9. Contractor shall arrange adequate training to MES staff for operation of this STP without extra cost. 10. All consumable including chemicals required for testing & commissioning will be supplied by the contractor under item No 1 above and rate is deemed to be included in the rate quoted. 11. Rate is included for all Electrical work including installation of STP control Panel, electrical wiring from Control panel to all pump sets/Eqpts, Earting etc.12. Rate is included for all electro mechanical works including pumps and other items which are integral part of package type STP plant and essential for installation and successful operation of STP plant capacity 50 KLD as per BIS. 13. All Constructional Drawings and Technical Details shall be submitted before execution of works duly vetted by authorised Govt agencies.

Manning and Operation of STP

Provn of services for Maintenance & operation of sewage treatment plant through OEM installed under this contract of capacity 50 KLDincluding all supporting equipment such as pumps, motors, panels etc in 02 shift of 08 hours each ( 0600hrs to 1400 hrs & 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs ) including Sunday/holidays by deploying technically qualified person including supply of all consumable like chlorine, alum & limefor the first year from actual date of completion (ie; during defects liability period) as speficied and directed by Engineer -in-charge Following items shall also be demed to be included in the quoted rates for 12 months after completion of work. NOTE :(i) The contractor shall employ one operator per shift. The operator shall be qualified & experienced in field and experience not less than 2 yrs in the same field. (ii) Cost of periodical maintanance of various equipment/parts shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates of respective items. (iii) Samples of effluent shall be collected from the outlet twice in a month as directed and got tested in a lab approved by State Pollution Control Board. Cost of testing is deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (iv) The contractor shall strictly follow the operation and maintenance manual of the plant as well as dosage of chemical prescribed by testing agency.

Item No.48 (continued.. ) (iv) Periodical cleaning and removal of sludge from screen well, collection well, contact aeration tank, sludge aeration tank, settling tank, sludge drying beds, bar screen, screen through etc. (v) Mixing chemical to maintain desired quality of end product of system. (vi) To maintain all working place and area neat and clean. (vii) The Log sheet must be maintain by the contractor as directed by the Engr-in-charge. (viii) The maintenance of the plant during the defect liability period is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of STP vide item No 1 herein before. (ix) rate inclusive of all consumable for running the plant.

All as per item No. 48 here-in-before but for the second year under liability period complete all as specified and directed

Provn of services for comprehensive maintenance and operation of sewage treatment plant through OEM installed under this contract of capacity 50 KLD including all supporting equipment such as pumps, motors, panels etc in 02 shift of 08 hours each( 0600hrs to 1400 hrs & 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs) including Sunday/holidays) by deploying technically qualified person including supply of all consumable like chlorine, alum & lime for the third year after completion ( i.e two year after the defects liability period ) as speficied and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

All as per item No 51 here-in-before but for the fourth year complete all as specified and directed

Notes for item No. 48 to 52 continued.. (vii) The work order for outsourcing of services shall be placed for eleven months and no price adjustment for its extension will be permissible. Necessary recovery will be made for non-operation of plant shift wise on pro rata basis of quoted rates of item. Recovery rate shall be double the rate quoted by the bidder for each shift and shall be final and binding. (viii) The Log sheet must be maintain by the contractor as directed by the Engr-in-charge (ix) Rate inclusive of all consumable materials. Rate also includes rectification of diffects during the operation within 8 hours including replacement of defective parts if any for smooth functioning of plant.
