S&F in repair 25mm bore aluminium powder coated fancy curtain rod plain or colour as approved with teak wood finish brackets and knobs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repaired door closer hydraulically regulated ,designation No. 3 universal type suitale for door shutter of 851 to 1000 mm in width and weight between 61 to 80 Kg complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminium door powder coated frame for door ,windows ,ventilator with one or more rebates including joining cleats for fixing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 5.5 mm thick tinted sheet glass ,ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square in exc 0.50 sqm in each panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully old aluminium anodised door frame/door shutter fixed types window complete and refixeing it after repairing door frame /door shutter ,pintle hinges ,removing and refixing of door closer etc incl hinges and all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild Steel Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply & fix Mild steel rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats etc conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) including painted one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface) at Contractor’s workshop before fabrication complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide primer to new or previously un-treated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Materials & labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair face of brick or stone masonary of wall surfaces finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheets of any colour and any pattern as approved having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as in roof complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for dark Vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (Square / Rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm , as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 20mm thick screed bed/bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Lacquer coated Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick with grey cement & pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors cement laid over and including screed bed/ bedding layer of 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.
