Sch 'A' Part-I (B/R)(Earth work, Demolition & Dismantling)

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Sch 'A' Part-II (B/R) Work)

M &L for cement concrete in foundations, Type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work using sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m meanradius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over out to length bent to shape required (ranking,bending spirally and binded with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over out to length bent to shape required (ranking,bending spirally and binded with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 5mm dia and over including 10mm cut to length bent to shape required (ranking,bending spirally and binded with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as in stirrups complete specified and directed.

M&L for formwork rough finished surface of concrete to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforcement cement concrete (nominal mix) Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated , 3 mm thick water proofing membrane,black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The joints and over lap shall be carried out as per manufature instructions. NOTE: - (i) The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : (a) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/5cm. (b) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/ 250N. (ii) The Contractor shall submit purchse voucher for claiming payment. The Engr-in-Charge shall deface the Purchase voucher and will fwd alongwith RARs/Final Bill. Non-Submission may lead to non Payment

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two layers first layer 10mm thick and second layer 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on any type of face of brick work or concrete surfaces including surfaces to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - The Contractor shall submit purchse voucher for claiming payment. The Engr-in-Charge shall deface the Purchase voucher and will fwd alongwith RARs/Final Bill. Non-Submission may lead to non Payment

M & L preparation of newly plastered surfaces and including applying two coats of cement base paint walls over and including a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete type D2 1:4 :8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base w/o using extra cement, laid in alternate bay all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F vitrified tiles 10mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished in dark shade, area as directed by GE in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) Wearproof topping using metallic floor hardener as per manufacutrer's instruction, as specified (incorporating an approved metallic floor hardner), laid on concrete floors and pavings and path, and finished even and smooth (except metallic hardner) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note metallic hardender glass strips area measured and paid separately).

M&L metallic floor hardener all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge NOTE: - The Contractor shall submit purchse voucher for claiming payment. The Engr-in-Charge shall verify and deface the Purchase voucher and will fwd alongwith RARs/Final Bill. Non-Submission may lead to non Payment

Supply only hardner in liquid for mix in cement concerte as per manufacturer's reccommandations complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE: - The Contractor shall submit purchse voucher for claiming payment. The Engr-in-Charge shall verify and deface the Purchase voucher and will fwd alongwith RARs/Final Bill. Non-Submission may lead to non Payment

Supply only 22 mm wide and 3 mm thick plastic dividing strips as laid in floor all as specified.

M&L Cement concrete 75 mm thick type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) mass concrete as in sub base/path & hardstanding etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles (vibrator made) 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) finished with cloured cement to match the shed of the slab complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - The Contractor shall submit purchse voucher for claiming payment. The Engr-in-Charge shall verify and deface the Purchase voucher and will fwd alongwith RARs/Final Bill. Sch 'A' Part-III (E/M Portion)

M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as 20x3mm copper strip. Note: Making a hole in the wall and finishing the surface with insulated material as per IS 2309(1989) all are included in the quoted rate. Insulators will be measured seperately.

M&L for Earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 3.15mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with alternative layers of charcol and salt of 15cm thickness and top layer of magnisium sulphate 60cm thick with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected with 20x3 copper strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of washers of copper/brass rivet or brass/copper nut bolts with washers including earth work final with watering arrangement, wire mesh, GI pipe 50mm dia for watering and 40mm dia light grade for protection of earth lead. RCC pit 1:3:6 type C1 and RCC chamber cover in 1:2:4 type B1 of size 550 x 550mm with 8 mm dia TMT bar of 100mm C/C both ways and testing on completion including necessary earth work and excavation testing after completion all as specified and directed.

Provn of chemical earthing with copper earth plate 90cm x 60cm x 6mm burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 5 Mtr deep below ground level filled with alternative layers of charcoal and salt of 15 cms thickness and top layer of Magnisium sulphate 60 cm thick connected to copper earth lead strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts and check nuts and washers of copper/brass rivet or brass/copper nut bolts with washers including earth work final with watering arrangement, wire mesh, GI pipe 50mm dia (light grade) for watering and 40mm dia medium grade for protection of earth lead. RCC pit 1:3:6 type C1 and RCC chamber cover in 1:2:4 type B1 of size 550 x 550mm with 8 mm dia TMT bar of 100mm C/C both ways and testing on completion including necessary earth work and excavation testing after completion all as specified and directed. Note : Copper strip and GI protection pipe 50mm dia beyond 7.5mtr will be measured and paid seprately

Supply only porcelin viterous white/ brown/ green insulators of sizes 25mm x 25mm having provision of two holes for fixing on roof / wall under strip/ channel on top for running of down conductors to maintain gap between wall and down conductors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE: - The Contractor shall submit purchse voucher for claiming payment. The Engr-in-Charge shall verify and deface the Purchase voucher and will fwd alongwith RARs/Final Bill.
