PART-'A': TECHNICAL MANPOWER INCLUDING MAINTENANCE & OPERATION

Outsourcing of Operation & Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) round the clock at Housing Complex AIIMS, Bhubaneswar to convert the sewage into non potable water. The operation includes screening, pumping, aeration, desilting, chlorination and chemical treatment etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge,by providing 3 Nos of semi skilled operator ( each shift having 8 hrs) having experience in operation of STP motors,pumps, blowers,filter unit etc.and minor repair of pipeline /valves and one Nos of sewer man/sweeper (unskilled) in general shift or as decided by EIC to assist the operators in all activities of sewage treatment.

Providing Urea for nutrient balance in proper dose and as per the direction of Engineer in charge

Providing Coagulant (Alum): Aluminum Sulfate or Aluminum Hydroxide Chloride for flocculation of suspended solids in proper dose and as per the direction of Engineer in charge

Providing Biocides(Bacteria) powder form (Dry microbial cultures powder) only in proper dose and as per the direction of Engineer in charge

Providing Calcium Hydroxide / lime used for pH adjustment, odour control in proper dose and as per the direction of Engineer in charge

Providing DAP-Di-ammonium phosphate, N:P:K—18:46:0 to support microbial activity in proper dose and as per the direction of Engineer in charge

Providing Hypochloride, Naocl for disinfection in proper dose and as per the direction of Engineer in charge

Providing & fixing 80mm dia C.I flange type Non return valve as required for smooth functioning of the plant.

Providing & fixing 80mm dia C.I flange type Butter fly valve as required for smooth functioning of the plant.

Providing & fixing C.I. Coupling for Pump & Motor, as required for smooth functioning of the plant.

Providing wide range pH test paper strip & Lab chemicals for tests as per the direction of Engineer in charge

CPVC/PVC discharge Pipe (63mm, 80mm corrugated suction hose)

Yearly all Tank cleaning such as equalization, aeration, tube settler, chlorination, sludge holding, etc including dewatering, cleaning of sludge and dumping the sludge in approved Muncipal Dumping yard as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (After getting the tender the agency has to clean all tanks of the plant within one month which has to be repeated in the same month next year or directed by EIC)

Providing & fixing SS screen 6mm sq grating 400X3800mm as required for smooth functioning of the plant.

Charges for Monthly testing of treated water for PH,TDS,BOD,COD,TSS from IMMT,BBSR or NABL accredited labs approved by AIIMS.

Providing & fixing V belts(12) as required for smooth functioning of the plant.

Providing & fixing Suction foot Valve CI 100 mm & spares diaphragm as required for smooth functioning of the plant.

Minor maintenance(Maintenance of 410 KLD STP at Housing Complex AIIMS, Bhubaneswar including inspection, tools & tackles, minor consumable like gasket, gland packing, MS spring, nuts & bolts, rubber coupling, clamps, grease caps, grease , gear oils for compressors ,spindle, thrust plate, wedge nut, wire mess, touch-up with anti corrosive paint, PVC flexible water hose for cleaning, minor welding ,electrical panel including accessories without cabling.) including painting of pump panel wherever required etc as per directed by EIC

Providing and installation of Consumables for filter media change (after getting the tender the agency has to change the below medias within one month)
