Filling in foundation and plinth with murrum or selected soil in layers of 20cm. thickness including watering, ramming and consolidating etc. complete. as per direction of Engineer-In-Carge.

Demolition of Brick work and stone masonry including stacking of serviceable materilas and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead and lift.(ii) In Cement Mortar complete. as per direction of Engineer-In-Carge.

Providing and laying in position Ready Mixed M-300 grade concrete for reinforced cement conctere work , using cement content as per approved Design Mix manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for a lead up to 10 kms having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying, excluding the cost of centering shuttering finishing and reinforcement including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. Without Fly Ash (Min cement level as per latest IS 456 shall be maintained) (Cement level 475 kg )

Shuttering including struttuing, propping etc. and removal of form work for walls (any thickness) including attached pilaster, buttresses, plinth and string courses filltes, kerbs and steps etc as per direction of Engineer-In-Carge.

Drilling suitable holes for 12mm dia bars in reinforcement or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100 mm upto 200 mm in RCC beams, lintels columns and slabs to introduce steel including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Carge.

Providing TMT Bar FE 500D reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level as per direction of Engineer-In-Carge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks having crushing strength not less than 35 kg./Sq.Cm in Cement Mortar 1:5. (1- Cement : 5 -fine sand)(A) Modular (upto 10 ton) all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Carge.

20mm thick sand faced cement plaster on walls upto height 10 metres above ground level consisting of 12mm thick backing coat of C.M. 1:3 (1-cement : 3-sand) and 8mm thick finishing coat of C.M. 1:1 (1-cement : 1-sand) etc. complete.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc.in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works as required. as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and laying tactile tile (for vision impaired persons as per standards) of size 300x300x9.8mm having with water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in for outdoor floors such as footpath, court yard, multi modals location, walkway etc., laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
