Construction of hill side drain in accordance with the requirement of specifications true to lines and grades. Dimesions and other particulars as per drawing and Technic (1600, 700, 300 & 800 ) Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specification.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1Cement,3Sand,6 aggregates 20mm nominal size) and curing complete including cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening /binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical specification clause 405(A) By manual means

Providing and applying tack coat withBitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing and laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line , grade andlevel to serve as wearing course on previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three 80-100KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type B as per Technical specification clause 508. By manual means. Bitumen(S-90)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical specification Clause 510 Bitumen(S-90)

Terms and conditions:

Bitumen of grade 80/100 and emulsion RS-1 for the tarring work will be procured by the Contractor on his work expenditure against bills.

The Contractor must produce bill of bitumen UG-10 and Emulsion RS-I at the time of releasing payment of work done.

The work shall be carried out with mini Hot Mix Plant and road rollar of 8 M.T.

Defect liability period will be one year from Completion . However in case of any likely damage to the completed work for the reason not attributable on the part of Contractor the same shall be immediately rectified /repaired by him on his own risks and costs.
