Supply, installation, commissioning and testing at roof top of building (Double storeyed) "Solar hot water system (Heat exchanger type) system" (flat plate collectors) ISI marked based on indirect transfer of heat of capacity 200 Litres (200 LPD) per day (at Temp 60°C to 80°C) confirming to IS 12933-2003 Part-I having insulation of rock wool/mineral wool 50mm thickness bottom and 25mm thickness on with toughened tempered glass of 4mm thick and cladding with aluminium sheet 26 SWG complete with copper riser tubes, copper heater tubes, copper sheet and absorber with 40x40x6mm enameled coated MS angle Iron structure with accessories fasteners etc duly grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (30cmx30cmx30cm block) with hot water storage tank of capacity 200 litres with inner shell fabricated from stainless steel 1mm thick in cylinderical shape and outer cover fabricated from aluminium sheet 1mm thick (having insulation of rock wool) mineral wool 100mm thick & cladding with aluminium 26SWG with necessary electric back up of capacity as per manufacturer's recommendation with heat exchanger in hot water tank with necessary make up tank of stainless steel 01 No float valve 15 mm dia of brass to maintain water in collectors and heat exchanger necessary piping between collectors and hot water tank, fixed over on MS angle iron 50x50x6mm including nuts, bolts, grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 blocks (30cmx30cmx30cm) & two coats of painting over a coat of red oxide with temperature gauge (100°C) brass gate wall in hot & cold water pipes complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying GI pipes medium grade 25 mm dia with necessary fittings such as Tee , elbows, bend, reducers, unions etc fixed on walls, floors roof or in trenches etc complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying GI pipes medium grade 20 mm dia with necessary fittings such as Tee , elbows, bend, reducers, unions etc fixed on walls, floors roof or in trenches etc complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Bib cock chromium plated, fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down suitable for 15mm dia complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two runs of single core multi stranded PVC insulated, copper conductor, grade 1100 Volt , FRLS cable of size 4 sqmm including 4 sqmm multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable PVC insulated for earthing duly connected with earth dolly, with approved colour coding including PVC rigid conduit 25mm dia. heavy grade, of appropriate dia. concealed in wall with accessories including cutting chases and making good to the disturbed surfaces as per existing complete, all as specified and directed. Note :- Three run of cable alongwith PVC conduit together shall be measured as single run.

Cutting of existing CI/DI/GI pipe of size 40 to 100 mm dia for alterations or additions including insertion of T, socket, bend and threading for complete the job in all respect complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing gun-metal, gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends suitable for 25 mm dia iron pipe complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing gun-metal, gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends suitable for 20 mm dia iron pipe complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing distribution board SPN 4 ways including bus bar 200 Amps double door shutter complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing MCB SPN 240 volts, 40 to 63 Ampere, rupturing capacity 10 KA , 'B' curve type complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing for LT XLPE cable insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric power cables with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade laid in trenches, fixed on wall/ pole including brass cable glands, lugs, clamps etc., of size 10 Sqmm 2 core cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning, brick protection, GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cross arms , bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolt, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 15 mm GI pipe medium grade for hot water supply fixing on wall/floor duly insulated with rubber insulation thickness not less than 9mm with complete fittings all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 20 mm GI pipe medium grade for hot water supply fixing on wall/floor duly insulated with rubber insulation thickness not less than 9mm with complete fittings all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for 500 litres capacity, rotational moulded polythelene water storage tanks (ISI marked) (three layer, cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in postion including polythene float valve and flynut and connected fittings screwed for iron pipe complete, all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft loose soil including cutting road surfaces n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m in depth for poles, stay, cable, pipe etc getting out complete, all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling including spreading and well ramming in layers each n.exc 25 cm thick in soft loose soil complete, all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus/spoil on a distance n.exc 50mts away including spreading, leveling etc complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Sand cushioning trenches using fine sand to under ground cable, laid in two layers before laying the cable & after laying the cable complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying brick common burnt sub class ‘B’ old size and for protection of cable laid in trenches for under ground cable complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying galvanised GI pipes light grade 40 mm dia ISI marked for cable protection fixed on walls, floors roof or under road etc complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing Complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common saft filling in alternate layers and electrode connection by using earth lead GI wire 4mm dia ( 8 SWG) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to main switch board protected by galvanised iron light grade pipe 15mm bore in wall/floor/and GI Pipe 20mm bore light grade for watering with funnel and wire mesh PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC pit cover including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning slurry approved soil and disposed of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m away all as shown in electrical plate No 2 of SSR 2009 ( Part-I) complete, all as specified and as directed. Note:- 1. Earth lead and protection pipe beyond 7.5 m shall be measured and paid separately. 2. On testing after completion of job, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing shall be redone by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt.
