Demolition of brick work or rubbled stone masonry including all qoins arches , pillars etc built in cement mortar and removing rubbish from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in Cement -mortor 1 : 6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in Cement -mortor 1 : 6 but except stone complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 including demolition of brick masonry, built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removing of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for rendering 20 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on stone masonary fair faces / other than fair faces finished surfaces of brick wall finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on wall in cement mortar 1:6 on brick wall / Concrete surfaces of finishing the surfaces even and smooth etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on wall in cement mortar 1:4 on brick wall / Concrete surfaces of finishing the surfaces even and smooth etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for prepration of new wall surfaces & applying birla / J. K. wall care white putty 2 mm thick for levelling the surfaces including properly making of v shape crakes and filling of all crakes with crakes seal of walls and applying two coat of interior emulsion distemper over a coat of wall primer incl. preparation of surfaces of walls etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for applying two coats exterior weather coat over one coat of exterior primer including preparation of surfaces of new walls etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for cement plaster in two layers on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick work ,first layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) and second layer cement plaster 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) with WPC @ 3% by weight of ement, finished the surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: WPC will measured and paid seperately as supply only here-in-after.

M & L for Applying three coats of white wash on new plastered wall surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) in foundations, filling and mass concrete including demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course of sub base finished even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Hardcore of gauge n.exc 63 mm, with broken stone or boulderes deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc. 15 Cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Machine pressed precast cement concrete coloured chemically treated rubber moulded interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 - 2006 of 60mm thick, M-35 grade, laid on stone dust cusion of 40 mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for coloured designer tiles exterior grade ( ENDURA OR Equivalent ) 10 mm thick over and including 15 mm thick cement mortor 1:6 set and jointed in floor and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floor etc including dismantling of existing floor tiling and removing rubbish from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in surface channes of drain complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggt ) as in coping , apex stone , bed plate , kerbs including weathering , slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throating incl. necessary form work etc and making the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for 20 mm thick pre-polished Granite slab, machine cut, for floors/ shelves,cooking platforms window cill, steps, jambs and pillor top laid over and including 15mm thck CM 1:4 cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonary, etc and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh of any type and round bar etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating in post holes in any type of soil each n.exc 0.5 cum , getting out and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling, mass concrete, sub-floors, floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for mild steel Angle iron as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire , etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work and similar conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Mild steel Round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, includinig cranking, bending spirally for hooping of columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality confirming to Fe-410 W complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or sguare heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or screw nut n.exc 5 cm long dia of shank 12 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Weight of chain link fencing will be ascertain by BOO.

M & L for painting steel surfaces exc 10 cm in width or girth with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Preparation of newly steel and iron surfaces of any description n.exc 10cm in width or girth when connected with other painting, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Surface exacavation not exceeding 30cm deep and average 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm aggregate as in coping, benching to hold to lower portion of chain link fencing etc including nesessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F structural steel work as in tubular pipes including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Manufacturing of ornamental and decorative type steel gate with structural steel conforming to Fe 290, Gde-E-165 all as specified, revolving on bearing plate including pintal hinges fixed on pillar in PCC blocks of size as required as site , including all locking arrangement, all as per sample approved by the Engineer -in -Charge and dirceted and fixed in position. Note :-1 . The weight of manufactured steel gate shall be measured before fixed in position by BOO . 2. Necessary arrangement for weighting the steel gate shall be made by the contractor at his own expense . The contractor shall quote the unit rate accordingly. 3. Steel gate shall be manufactured as per drawing as approved by the Engineer -in - charge .

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A 1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A 1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Mild steel TMT bars of 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; fair finished surfaces of conrete flat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions square or rectangular rough finished complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
