First class/class-150 Brick work in 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1.25 F.M. modulous mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour & tools & plants etc. requied for proper completion of the work.

12 mm thick plaster with Cement course sand including supply of all materials-labour and Tools and Plants etc required for completion of the work.

2.5 cm Cement concrete flooring with approved stone grit, coarse sand and cement in proportions of 1:2:4 with base 1:6:12 brick ballast including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plant etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming,crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to required density gr 3 as per T.S clause 405

Construction of un-reinforced,construction joint only,plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 20 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of construction joints, applying curing of concrete slabs for 14-days and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501.

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand of 2.5 F.M. and 2cm (3/4'') Gauge approved stone grit in propottions of 1:2:4 on lintels of door and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire.
