Dismantling of old UNSVdamage/rusted PCC pole/steel tubular poles of any size necessary disconnecting cables/over head condcutor and removing unserviceable pole from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 11 KV, 630 A, 20 kA/3-sec, Outdoor suitable Ring Main Unit comprising of 01 Nos Load Break Switch and 03 Nos Fixed-Type VCB all as per BoM encl.

01 No. Incoming Load Break Switch module consisting of following accessories : 11kV, 630A Load Break Switch module and integrated earthing switch, both with full making capacity. Short time current - 20kA/3-sec, Making Capacity - 50kAp Auxiliary contacts - 1NO + 1NC Spring-assisted snap-action mechanism driven via shaft that remains un-inhibited after motorization, if required in future. Cable boxes with double-door arrangement for enhanced safety (IP54+IP3X) interlocked to prevent access to 3Cx300sqmm XLPE AL cable termination in live-condition, Right angle boots (push on type) Suitable site replacable Cable bushings situated not beyond 300mm from cable-cover to allow ease of access for installation/testing/replacement purposes. Arc proof cable covers with self Interlocking mechanism with earth switch Capacitive voltage indication fixed type system as per IEC61243 03 Nos. Outgoing VCB module consisting of following accessories : 11kV, 630A Fixed-Type VCB module with series disconnector cum earthing switch of making capacity. Short time breaking current/withstand - 20kA/3-sec, Making Capacity - 50kVap Aux. contacts - 1NO+1NC Stored-energy spring mechanism with integrated manual spring-charging handle to prevent theft at site and mechanical life of 5000CO operations achieved using single high endurance mechanism or multiple mechanisms supplied as spare. Cable boxes with double-door arrangement for enhanced safety (IP54+IP3X) interlocked to prevent access to XLPE AL cable termination in live condition, Right angle boots (push on type) Suitable site replacable Cable bushings situated inside cable-cover to allow ease of access for installation/testing/replacement purposes 3O/C + 1E/F self powered numerical protection relay with Low and High set for Over current and Earth Fault. Relay should have facility to display the maximum loaded phase current also.Relay shall record minimum 5 fault records with time stamping. Associated ring-core cast-resin insulated CTs of appropriate ratio. Arc proof cable covers with self Interlocking mechanism with earth switch Capacitive voltage indication fixed type system as per IEC61243

Note: (i) Each cable box will have Capacitive voltage LED indications to indicate cable-live condition inside the cable box. (ii) Necessay interclocking arrangement shall be provided for safety and operations. (iii) One No. Operationg Handle for Manual Isolator/Disconnector/Earthing Operation and one no. manometer shall be provided. (iv) Above switchgear shall confirm to relevant IEC (62271-200) for design, manufacturing and internal arc compliance. (v) Foundation PCC for installing the outdoor RMU as per manufacturer drawing 1mtr above the ground level will be installed at work site by tenderer and cost of the same deem to be included in rates quoted and nothing extra on this account will be admissible.

Taking down U/S cable of size 95 sqmm 3 core to 185 Sqmm 3 core from trench, duct, wall, road and panel complete with necessary disconnection of electrical line.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed for foundation of stay, laying of cable etc.

Returning filling in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated material soil n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting pointcomplete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV,type 1,flat ,size 300 mm X 180mm X 40 mm of approved make complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling in trenches for cushioning of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates for filling in road cuts/hard standing etc all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 80 mm bore galvanised iron tubing, light grade with all fittings for passing of cables under ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing for more than 5 mtr in length by trenchless, technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine, including HDPE pipe of 80 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing, drain etc by conventional method not exceeding 5 mtr in length for laying of cable for protection of pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cutting the existing bitumen us road/payment/footpath upto 0.75 mtr in depth, 0.45 mtr in width and getting out excavated material and making good the damaged portion after laying the pipe, returning filling in mass concrete PCC 1:2:4 type B2 upto top of the road all as directed. Note :-(i) M&L for laying of pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE insulated (Earthed) cable in trenches/or fixed on pole etc in screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 Volt grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 Core Conforming to IS-7098 (Part-II)-1985 complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, fixing and testing cold shrinkable type, straight through cable jointing kit, outdoor type suitable for XLPE insulated cable, upto 120 to 185 Sqmm size 3 core, 11 KV, as fixed in repairs including taking out of old u/s joints complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cmx 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron strips 32 x 6 mm by means of nuts both check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earth strip protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore light grade upto ground level as directed and including concrete pit in PCC ( 1 : 3 : 6) type C1 pre cast RCC cover slab 30 cm x 30 cm x 8 cm thick including reinforcement with 8 mm dia steel deformed bars at the rate of 10 cm both ways with one lifting handle made of 8 mm dia MS bar funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanised iron pipe medium grade for watering charcoal on coke and salt in alternate layers, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES schedule Pt-I and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed .
