Design, manufacture, Erection, Commissioning, Trial run and supply of 3 TON capacity hand operated overhead travelling crane conforming to IS: 807, 3177 & 3938 tested to 25% overload with a span 6.2 meters, Lift 4.0 meters and bay length 09 meters and as per the detailed specifications in the Annexure “I” MOC and test certificate and other certificates with respect to confirmation to the IS codes shall have to be furnished by the OEM of the equipment.
Design, fabrication, providing and fitting of 125mm diameter 5.4mm thick, 03 meter long Vertical MS posts (08 No). with all carriages up to site of work all complete.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level with; 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for foundation blocks. With all carriages up to site of work all complete.
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: 4:6:1 Foundations, footings, bases for columns
Providing and fitting of 25mm diameter 300mm long hold fast bolts to be drilled in already laid Cement concrete floor (04 No for each block). Job includes providing and tying of TMT rings, out of 10mm diameter (02 No) round the hold fast bolts. 04 No. with all carriages up to site of work all complete.
Providing and fitting of ISMB 200 over the vertical posts for longitudinal movement of the overhead crane of length 09 meters. 02 No with all carriages up to site of work all complete.
Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. On steel work. Complete in all respects.
