Construction of Inspection Chamber of following size with HBS jelly concrete 1:8:16 (One of Cement, Eight of Sand and Sixteen of HBS jelly) using 40mm gauge HBS jelly 15cm thick for foundation and 23cm thick brick masonry in CM 1:5 (One of Cement and Five of Sand) using third class kiln burnt country bricks of size 8-3/4" x 4-1/4" x 2-3/4" (22x11x7cm) having minimum average crushing strength of 35 Kg/sqcm plastering with CM 1:3 (One of Cement and Three of Sand) 12mm thick on all sides including earth work excavation RCC 1:2:4 (One of Cement, Two of Sand and Four of 20mm gauge hard broken stone jelly) 5cm thick precast cover slab excluding the cost and fabrication of reinforcement grills but including benching chanelling fixing cover slab in position curing finishing etc. complete in all respects. (60 x 60 x 60 CM)

Supplying and fixing of Precast slab 50 mm thick made in CC 1:2:4 (One of cement, two of sand and four of hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm size hard broken stone jelly including the cost of slab, moulding, laying, curing, transportation, pointing for approach slab and other similar works as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabrication and placing in position of Mild steels Grills / Ribbed TOR steels for reinforcement for all floors including cost of steel, binding wire, bending, tying, etc. all complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and Fixing the following dia PVC (SWR) Pipe Type 'B' class conforming to IS 13592 and relevant specials conforming to IS 14735, including packing the joints with rubber lubricant fixing them into walls with necessary GI clamps and GI bolts and nuts with special clamp made of MS angle / Flat including cutting, bending (excluding the cost of MS angle/Flat) holding, wherever necessary and making good of the dismantled portion with necessary connections to sanitary fittings etc. complete in all respects and as directed by the departmental officers.( Above Ground Level)

Brick work in cement mortor 1: 5 (One of cement and five of sand) using II nd class ground moulded Chamber burnt bricks of size 9” x 4 3/8” x2¾” having minimum average crushing strength of 50 kg/sq cm, in foundation and basement including dewatering wherever necessary proper setting, curing etc., complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifiations and drawings and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick finished with neat cement including providing band cornice scaffolding, curing etc. comlete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Form work for RCC slabs of plain surfaces lintels,beams etc: including strutting up to 3m height using MS sheet of size 90x60cm and B.G 10 stiffened with MS angles of size 25x25x3mm laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10x6.5cm (spaced about 90cm c/c) and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced at 75cm c/c) complying with relevent standard specification and as directed by departmental officers

Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers
