Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 3-WAY MOTORISED MIXING VALVE WITH ACTUATOR, LINKAGE & THERMOSTAT shall be provided in chilled water line to the cooling coil of Air- handlers which is actuated by a proportionate thermostat. These valves shall consist of bronze metal valve body with stainless steel trim with linear flow characteristics. Modulating motor shall be suitable for operation with a signal of 0–24-volt DC. The pressure drop across valve for air-handler unit shall not exceed 5.0 PSI. The valve linkages shall be of the same make as of valves & modulating motor. 40 mm NB Modulating type

S&F of 230V operated digital voltmeter/ammeter for AHU starter panel at 7th floor. [Make: LK/ approved make]

Alignment work for the AHU motors installed at 7th floor

Replacement of V belt for the AHU motor pulley to blower pulley with new one and commissioning of the same.

Replacement of psyphoon as the pipe got fully rusted.

Painting charges for the rusted portion of pipe with 2coat of paint.

Supplying, fitting & fixing in position suspended boxing for return /supply air arrangement for ducting with frame work of aluminium hollow section of size 50mm x25mm (2.0mm thickness) combined with aluminium corners of size 38mm x 25mm, suspended by aluminium hollow tube section of size 38mm x 25mm ,25mm x 25mm powder coated wall angle with aluminium composit panel of thickness 3.0mm comprising of protective film, polyester coating, primer, aluminium coil, adhesive film, polyethylene core again with one layer adhesive film, aluminium bottom coating and finally service coating as per manufacturer's specification finished with aluminium screw and silicon sealent including suitable arrangement for grill fixing complete in all respect as per direction of EIC. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following Water line Butterfly-Valve as per following categories, sizes and quantities complete with providing flanges, nut-bolts, gasket and welding arrangements. Butterfly valve shall be of PN 16 rating as per standard. Valves of sizes 32 mm and above shall be made out of Cast Iron body, SG iron disc with Nylon coated, SS-431 Stem, EPDM integrally moulded liner with hand lever/Gear Box. Servicing work for the AHU and FCU installed at 7th floor NICU with necy skilled manpower and necy equipments.

S & F of HEPA Filter with efficiency of 99.99% down to 0.3 microns of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 150 mm (Thk) as per actual site requirement for OT area and to accommodate inside the laminar bench chamber as per approved drawing.

Rates should be quoted inclusive of GST,LWC & all other related taxes & duties.
