Providing, drilling, hole cleaning & fixing ETA-approved A4 stainless steel Hilti HSU-R stone undercut anchor having CABR seismic 1:1 report. The required HSU ADT/MDT portable drilling machine, HSU CDB drill bit, and HSU IG check gauge to create the right undercut should strictly be adhered to as per manufacturer’s recommendation (To create right diameter, depth and undercut in stone). Multiple pull-out tests must be conducted on installed HSU-R anchor (on stone panel) to determine anchor’s resistance, following which the required number of anchors per stone panel must be calculated. Design of stone undercut anchor must be submitted to consultant before execution. The HSU ST-G setting tool must be used to set the anchor. A suitable Aluminium/MS frame shall be manufactured and fixed to concrete using stainless steel Hilti HST3-R M10×90mm stud anchor (Depth & dia shall be decided based on the load requirement). Both anchors, HST3 and HSU-R must have a red embedment mark to verify correct installation. The entire application shall be done as per the manufacturer’s specifications.
