Cleaning of existing RCC overhead water storage tank / reservoir tank of any type any shape capacity (2x50000) 100000 gallons including having any nos of compartments and tank staging up to 20 mtr height including dewatering of remaining dirty storage water in site area of tank and removing the all type of sand ,silt, sludge and other deposite particals & foreign materials and cleaning complete bottom and all side walls alongwith connected inside area fixing pipes and ladder of tank with the help of wire brushes or any other methode and washing it throughly with water and than applying one coat of white wash along mixed with adhesive gum material to entrire area inside the storage / reservoir tank and also cleaning the splashes of white wash from surrounding area and writing the date of tank cleaning on outer wall of tank with synthetic enamel paint in word complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

De-watering and cleaning of sewage well / drainge water well any type any shape including removing of dirty muddy/sewage/drainge water along with unwanted non perishable items i.e polythene bags , PVC scrap, PVC bottles, shells, gum boots, wooden pieces and other floating material etc and including removing complete wet type sludge formate/wet muddy form from the inside of under ground well/tank and also connected entrance chember area & hole area of well any type /size /depth and clean up to the last bottom level of well complete with all respects and disposal out/carrying out by manually or mechanically system to the wet sludge/muddy formate along with all type of floating material burried/ carry out side area of well complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge Note- The appoximate overall size/area of under ground well/sump shall be 6.5 mtr dia and 5 mtr depth.

All as per above item No 9.00 here-in-before but the appoximate overall size/area of under ground well/sump shall be 1.5 mtr dia and 5 mtr depth Note for Sl item No 1 to 10 - (i) All required T&P for cleanig of RCC over head tank /under ground sump and other safe sefety equipment required for working of man power shall be arranged by the contractor under own arrangment & with out any extra cost to the dept / Govt. (ii) The contractor shall be solely responsible for any mishap, accident and other mishappening to workmen during working time and settling all claims of workmen as per the labour commissioner or court law and the rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for this aspect and nothing extra shall be payable on this account. (iii) The contractor shall provided sufficent nos of lobour for cleaning of over head tank/ under ground sump with in the given time period by the Engineer-in-charge/ GE. No excuse/reason shall be accetped due to shortage of lobour for cleaning of over head tank & under ground sump at any stage.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrodes 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth plate not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to and including galvanized steel earth strip 25x4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and using charcoal and salt upto plate edge lervel including PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC frame with 40mm thick RCC cover reinforced with 8mm dia deformed bars handle. including excavation and earth work in any type of soil medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm bore with funnel and wire mesh and light grade GI protection pipe 40 mm bore main board complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to equipment and testing on completion including taking out of existing earthing and its connecting fixing accessories all as specified and directed by EIC complete

Galvanised iron strip 25 mm x 4 mm with saddles and fixing screws fixed on porcelain insulators for roof conductors and down conductors above ground level and in trenches fixed in replacement complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches/ under road/ PCC path/hard standing not exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5m depth for laying of pipe / cable / foundation of poles & stays in any type of soft /loose soil and getting out etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : (i) Excavation work shall be carried out manually only. JCB machine will not permitted for excavation due to LT/HT underground cables and water supply / sewage lines laid in the area. (ii) In case any LT/HT cables or water supply / sewage line get damaged during excavation, same shall have to be repaired immediately with in the time period by the contractor at his own cost.

Returning filling in including, spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeds 25 cm thick in any type of soil all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceed 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing, taxi track, runway crossing point etc. any type, any size, by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique or by manualy boring methode of hole technique and necessary machine work for passing 50 mm to 80 mm dia bore CI/DI/GI pipe line system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing, taxi track, runway crossing point etc. any type, any size, by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique or by manualy boring methode of hole technique and necessary machine work for passing 15 mm to 40 mm dia bore GI pipe line system complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour, rectification of leakage in CI/DI pipe line 150 mm to 200mm dia upto 3.0metre length distance including to be filling the extra lead wool upon the existing joint system purposed as per requirement to the existing site joint purposed complete with including making excavation, returning filling & removal of surplus soil work and making the pipe line leakage proof all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per above serial item No. 18 here-in-before but 80 mm to 100 mm dia bore pipe complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Drilling and tapping CI/DI/GI pipe line system in any position for the purposed of branch pipe line connections with having of the internal dia 15mm to 25 mm, including supply and fix brass ferrule for branch connection along with providing suitable size of GI nipple etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out/down old unserviceable GI pipe 75 mm to 80 mm dia bore internal dia any thickness with fittings, including existing branch pipeline connections complete from laid in trenches, under floors or on roof, along walls etc. and removal, complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement of cast iron foot valve of size 150 mm dia bore ISI marked with gun metal flapper and high quality pressure stop gasket, nuts,bolts and washers etc complete all as flanged type or as per existng sample/ model including providing joints and jointing materials as rubber washers/gaskets with suitble type / size of bolts and nuts, etc, including taking down old and removal of old foot complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of suitable size 100cmx100cmx100cm (internal dimension) with frame of angle iron work of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm and MS sheet cover 3mm thick and locking arrangements and handle duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including all excavation and connected work alongwith dismantling work of old valve pit system and removal of retrieved unserviceable material outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
