Up keeping and cleaning of all floors of CHP control room building once in a day and disposal of debris to nearby dust bin as directed by the Engineer at site, including labour charges & cost of all materials such as brooms, dust bin, lead & lift, etc., complete.

Up keeping, cleaning and mopping of all floors of CHP control room building once in a week and disposal of debris to nearby dust bin as directed by the Engineer at site, including all labour charges, cost of all consumables such as brooms, bamboo sticks, dungry cloth, buckets, lead & lift, etc., complete.

Up-keeping of toilet rooms by cleaning water closets, urinals, wash basins, flushing cistern tanks, side walls, passages, etc., for two cleanings per toilet once/twice in a day by applying disinfectant/ cleaning liquid as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of disinfectant/ cleaning liquid, phenoil, bleaching powder, naphthalene balls, and consumables such as brooms, bucket, mugs, cleaning brush etc., all labour charges, lead and lift etc. complete, but excluding the cost of water which will be supplied by the department at free of cost.

Operating the pumps, valves etc for filling water in water tanks daily and attending petty repairs etc at CHP Control Room, Bulldozer shed, Common toilets near JT-2, JT-6, JT-7, Central stores, Time office, Ash slurry Pump House, Hydrogen plant, and PTP area etc. by operating pumps, valves and attending petty repairs as directed by the Engineer at site including all labour charges, hire charges for tools & plants, lead, lift etc. complete.

Watering the turfing/lawn and plants daily and removal of unwanted weeds, dry leaves in the lawn as directed by the engineer at site including the cost of all materials, labour, leads, lifts, T&P etc. complete but excluding cost of water (Water will be supply at free of cost by the TANGEDCO).

Trimming the grass using electronic lawn mover, cutting the edges evenly, disposing the debris away from the site as directed by the Engineer in-charge including hire charges for lawn mover, all labour charges, tools & plants, leads & lifts etc. complete. (Power supply will be given by the department at free of cost).

Applying fertilizer / manure, Pesticides over the lawn and border plants etc as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of all materials, labour charges, hire charges for T&P such as hand sprayer, safety appliances, leads & lifts etc., complete.
