M&L for disconnecting power supply from HT load break switch of capacity 400 Amps for repair works, complete servicing of the same through de-carbonising, cleaning the isolating contacts, lubricating moving part, cleaning with CRC, removing dust particles from bus bar chamber, spout gear mechanism and moving parts, checking proper operation of trolley all as directed and testing, and putting on load complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting LT supply and servicing of Air circuit breaker of capacity 630 to 1500 Amps and rating 1100 Volts by cleaning and de-carbonising the contacts point, cleaning with CRC, checking proper operating of moving parts, repair to charge spring mechanism, checking of AC supply, parts tightening all nuts and bolts of components, lubricating moving parts with petroleum jelly as directed and testing complete and keeping in on load complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs/maintenance of 11KV HT VCB Panel including bus coupler of any type, size and capacity complete including the following complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Taking out 11KV HT VCB of 400/630/800 Amps rating trolley from HT Panel after switching off electric supply, Checking of mechanical system for proper functioning of upward/downward movement of HT VCB trolley including opening the VCB & checking the quality of insulating, Cleaning & servicing the fixed/ moving contact & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing and reassembling the VCB connection to HT panel complete. (b) Taking out all types of relay from HT11KV VCB panel and cleaning the contact and adjust the contact. Calibration all type of relay i.e.. master tripping relay, earth fault tripping relay, over current, over voltage relay, circuit supervision relay etc through relay testing kit & proper plug setting as per reqd load & time delay and fixing the relay set in HT panels complete.

S&F in replacement PT unit three phase three limb upto 11 KV draw out type single ratio having primary 11 KV & secondary voltage 110 volts 200 VA class I, including necessary bus bar connection & wiring for metering after disconnecting of HT supply from HT VCB of capacity 100 to 630 Amps for repair works, taking out unserviceable PT unit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation and commissioning in replacement HT 11 KV current transformer double wound cast resin type with sprout of ratio 600-400/5+5, 300-150/5+5, 200-100/5+5 & 60/5+5 amps complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of the broken earth pit chamber and construction of new earth pit chamber including and PCC chamber cover complete as per SSR Pt -I of 2010 including new wire mesh funnel complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for removing the existing damaged test point terminal block and replacing the same with new test point terminal block made out of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75 x 75 x 25mm drilled and screwed including 3 hole 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head with nut and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for recharging of earthing including repair of PCC pit, jointing of GI wire/GI strip and replacement of MS earth pit cover including adapted following procedure during recharging:-

(a) Excavating earth pit up to 3 ft depth and 3 ft radius around the pit, without damaging existing electrode and keeping the excavated soil near to the pit to reuse for refilling along with the chemicals.

(b) Each earth pit requires 25 Kg (appx) of chemical as per distribution mentioned below. Prepare the chemical mixture for the earth pit and keep it near to the pit for filling.

(i) Magnesium : 10 Kg

(ii) Salt : 10 Kg

(iii) Charcoal: 5 Kg

(c) Fill back chemical mixture prepared in above step and loose soil at alternate layers of 15cm. The top most layer must be of soil (excavated soil) and shall be of minimum 2 ft depth to avoid erosion of chemicals.

(d) Fill the pit with water for 3-4 hrs continuously for dissipation of the chemical. The same procedure shall be followed for next seven days for even distribution of the chemical around the electrode.

(e) Check the connection between electrode and copper strip. All rusted nut and bolts shall be replaced with new one and tightened. Use contact cleaner to clean the connection point. Apply petroleum jelly to the connection point to avoid rusting and moisture accumulation.

(f) Inspect the copper strip running between the earth pit and equipment room. All connection point shall be inspected for tightness and rusting.

(g) Check termination of equipment earth cable on the junction box. All loose connection shall be tightened. Check for the availability of thimble and if it is broken replace it with spare.

Taking down old unserviceable cable from trenches/ walls/pipes/poles etc complete of size upto 10 Sqmm to 25sqmm and also removing old connection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and laying clean dry sand for cable cushion including gently punning complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured for payment purpose.

M&L for burnt brick sub class ‘B’ laid in trenches abutting each other width equal to length of bricks all as specified and as directed.

Laying only old serviceable bricks (Obtained from item Nos 23 & 29), laid in trenches abutting each other width equal to length of bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of fuel tank made of MS sheet of 750/250 KVA DG Set of 1000 ltr capacity approx by draining out fuel in a separate container, taking out all silt/ dirt deposition inside the tank, cleaning it completely by manual labour and necessary T&P and refitting and connecting with fuel pipes with DG sets all as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the body, surface of panel by rubbing with emery Paper to remove oil stains, dust etc and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray paint incl writing Ser No and area as per existing pattern complete all as specified and directed.

M&L taking out rusted Top/Bottom part of outdoor LT Panel and replaced with new 3.15mm thick GI sheet of size 0.5mx0.5m including tightening/welding of loose LT Panel door with hinges including necessary painting to match with the existing pannel complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removal of bushes by cutting, removing vegetation, garbage, waste materials etc from site, making approach way to valve pits, pipelines, FP Boxes and cleaning the surroundings of installations complete all as specified and directed.
