Replacement of wornout components of sub. Pump sets for bore wells of various capacities installed at P/s TRT Nagrota under MH-2215 MR.

Disconnecting of power connections from starter panel, disengaging from delivery bend and extracting out damaged submersible pump set 1500 GPHx 100 mtr & 2000 GPH x 110 mtr along with column pipesby hoisting chain pulley block at bore well, stacking of column pipes and submersible cable properly and dismantling of NRV and repairs to motor by way of complete rewinding of 3 phase high speed motors- 02 no. of the submersible pump for borewell-I &II installed atPumping Station TRT including repair to pump by way of P/F of new impellers, bushes, neck rings as per sample. The work include extraction of 36 Nos. of 1.5-inch dia column pipes from Bore Well–I and 28 Nos. of 1.5-inch dia column pipes from Bore Well–II; transportation of the pump sets to and from the workshop; complete rewinding and repair of the submersible motors; lowering and reinstallation of the repaired/rewound submersible pump sets with column pipes; reconnection of electrical connections; testing and commissioning. The item includes the cost of all materials such as nuts, bolts, rubber sheets, consumables, carriage, loading/unloading, labour, tools and tackles, and all incidental charges required for completion of the work in all respects at site.
