Erection of steel tubular or rail pole strut in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts, etc. as required.

Erection of all aluminium conductor of 7/1.96 mmto 7/3.10m diameter and above including binding etc. as required. 35 Mtr x 3 ph x 31span x 0.06KG/M=195.3 Kg

Supplying and erectionof stayset complete (galvanised) with 19/20mm diaX 1.8metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45cmX45cmX7.5mm, thimble, stay clamps,bow tightener,7/4.00mmdia G.I. staywire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) crossarm for 4wire over head line over head line conductors complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of angle iron/channel iron crossarm on wood/RCC/PCC/steel tubular/railpole etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of galvanised 'D iron clamps complete with shackle insulator (100mm X 110 mm), GI bolts, nuts and washers, coach screws etc. as required

Supplying and erection of 100mmX80mm pin insulator complete with G. I. Spindle and nuts etc. as required .

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Fabrication & heightening of MS Tubular poles from 12 to 16 Mtrs as instructed by Engineer I/C.

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/ aluminium over head conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required. Conductor=16 span * 35mtrs * 3 wire*0.06 kg= 100.8 kg, Insulator - 48*0.25kg = 12 Kg Bracing & Cross Arm= 10n*2 nos*7.14Kg=142.8Kg

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Dismantling steelwork in builtup sections in angles,tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates,bolts,nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead. 8 nos x 795 kg =6360 Kg

Erection of Light fittings as required.

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
