Excavation in any type of soil in trenches not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M deep for laying of under ground cable and getting out in ay type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L river washed and screened clean dry sand filling in trenches below and above/around underground cable, punning properly for cushioning cable complete all as specified in SSR and directed by Engr-in-Chrge.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, factory made class HV, Type 1, with peak of size 300mmx180mmx40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing tubes, light grade, galvanized iron with all fittings and laid in trenches under road/drains fixed to poles/walls with FI clamp bolts, nuts and washers of 100 mm dia all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old under ground XLPE cable, HT 11000 volts grade and cross section area 120 sqmm 3 core and removing from site including removing of cable cover/ brick and stacking at site for re-use/ credit complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying and testing XPLE cable, insulted, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable(heavy duty) earthed with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade cross sectional area 3 core 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Supplying, jointing & testing out door type cable jointing kit for 11kv (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified.

M&L HT cable path indicator made with 3 mm thick MS sheet 300mmx300mm welded with 1.5 mtr height angle iron of size 45mm x 45mm x 5mm with PCC work provided at a distance minimum 100 mtrs and every joint and turning of cable. The cable path indicator should be painted in brown colour and marked 11000 Volts in white paint fixed on MS angle iron all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing Cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed Grade cable for straight through heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE Armoured Aluminum Conductor of size 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm all as specified.

M & L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x60cm x6mm thick burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level connected and including GI strip 32mmx6mm (upto the body of equipment by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers earth plate surrounded by adequate layers of coal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 150 mm all side including 50 mm bore of GI pipe light grade all as shown in electrical Plate No 5 Part-I testing on completion including RCC (1:2:4) pit cover and PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as specfied & directed.

Supply and fixing HT fedder pillar box outdoor type factory made weather and vermin proof made out from 3.15 mm MS sheet supported with legs 45cm long made of angle iron frame 50x50x5mm of size 1.2Mx1.00Mx1M with 3 Nos 0.8M aluminum bus bar of size 40x10mm or 400 Amps for 11KV, 11 KV post insulator 6 Nos duly drilled hole for HT cable connection including front and rear side openable with locking arrangement suitable for 11 KV HT and provision for incoming and outgoing HT cable connection including painting with two coats of smoke gray synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete and providing security fence frame made of hot dip galvanised welded wire mesh of 2 mtr height from ground level square type frame of size 2.5 mtr X2.5 mtrs with 9 Nos angle iron of 40x40x5mm of height 2.25 mtr (2 mtr above ground & 0.25 mtr underground) including necessary framed gate of same jally & angle Iron all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note : - Fedder pillar box shall be mounted on brick plate form built in CM (1:4) and not less than 60cm above ground level with suitable PCC foundation rendering 15mm in CM (1:6) applying two coats of cement based paint and jally supported on 9 Nos angle iron frame with concrete base, including painting on steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide paint . the rate shall be included in quoted rate all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F for Lightning arrestor Expulsion type for outdoor type complete with all fittings transmission class discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps suitable for 11000 volts including bracket clamps, nuts and washers and connecting to earth wire complete including painting of MS clamps with two coats of Aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide all as specified and as directed.
