M&L Non - skid Ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 25mm thick Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base 20mm thick in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&f pre-painted galvalume aluminiun zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with J hooks including self tapping screws and self drilling screws of appropriate size with rubber washer for water tight fixing complete all as specified and directed. MAKE: TATA,JINDAL,ISPAT or its equivalent make.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. MAKE: TATA,JINDAL,ISPAT or its equivalent make.

M & L for brickwork with flyash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for three coats of white wash on newely plastered wall surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for demolition of cement concrete un reinforced of any description above roof slab (ie as in padding copings etc ) including disposal of old materials to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings and other work including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (top of roof) in cement motor 1:3 without using extra cement finished even and smooth with using water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for cleaning the newly plastered surfaces throughly with wire brushes and providing water proofing treatment as follows on the dried roof surfaces laying one coat of approved oil base bituminous primer confirming to IS [email protected] /SQM and APP Based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150gms/sqm) laid on prime surfaces by force application complete all as specified and as directed.
