Cutting jungles and trees upto 50 cm girth including uprooting roots and stumps and removing them from site of work etc, complete as directed.(ii) Medium jungles.

Labour charge for dismantling of old CC works of canal structures and carriage the spoils and depositing the same in a safe distance as directed. Carriage up to lead of 30m and lift up to 1.50 M

Labour cost for dismantling of old CC canal lining and carriage of the materials and depositing the same in a safe distance as directed complete. : Carriage up to lead of 30 M and lift upto 1.50 M

Soiling in foundation at all levels including filling intersides, ramming etc complete as directed and of specified thickness with 9cm brick on flat including sand packing.

C.C works in porportion 1:3:6 in foundation/ abutment/piers/wing walls etc with hard broken stone aggregate of size 13 mm to 38 mm including curing including dewatering with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc. where necessary, complete as directed. (shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately.

1st class brick work in cement motar in abutment and wing wall, parapet wall etc including racking out joints and curing etc completed as directed. (I) In proportion 1:4

12 mm thick cement plastering including clearing surface and curing complete as directed (ii) In prop 1:4

Neat cement finishing 3 mm thick with cement slurry prepared by mixing 27.50 Kg of fresh cement in appropriate quantity of clean water to cover 10 (ten) SqM of work area and to give a smooth and hard finishing including rounding corners, brooming, curing etc, complete as directed.

Dry docking of the barge for fabrication

Bottom, side & deck portion of the Barge : Supply, repairing and fabrication of M.S. Plate, M.S. Angle, etc. of bottom plate, water cut portion & deck portion of the barge of size, 7.6 m x 4.58 m x 1.37 m along with supply & fabrication of M.S. Channel for installation of pump sets, starter and M.S. Angle for pipe support, etc, complete as directed by the Department as per drawing. The job also includes painting of the barge with 2 (two) coats of anticorrosive metal primer followed by 2 (two) coats of anticorrosive black bituminous paints, Each successive coat of the paint is to be applied after normal drying of the previous coat, complete as directed by the Department.

Super structure of the Barge : Supply, fabrication & erection of 8 nos of roof support of height 1.9 m providing post of M.S. angle with necessary clamping and welding at the top of barge along with roof truss and purline made of M.S. blank pipe fitted with necessary welding and bolting, complete as directed by the Department.

Roofing items of barge : Providing TATA/DYNAROOOF make C.G.I. sheet / Roofing of size 3050mm(L) x 910mm (B) x 0.50mm (T). The job includes supply of C.G.I. sheet, G.I. Ridging & fitting, fixing of entire roof with necessary J-Hooks, Nuts & Bolts with washer, complete as directed.

Rain protection shed & railing of the Barge : Supply, fitting, fixing of B.P. Sheet along with post of M.S. Angle, G.I. Pipe for railing with necessary welding & bolting, completed as directed. The job also includes painting of pipes, etc, by two coats of metalic primer to be followed by two coats paints of reputed brand, complete as directed.

Floating of the Barge at the intake point from the place of fabrication including supply and fitting of 19mm dia steel wire rope as directed.

Self Priming Centrifugal pump set (Size : Suction 150 mm and delivery 150 mm dia) 60 LPS minimum discharge at 10.00 mtr head (approx), working efficiency at head range 2.00 to 15.00 mtr (Make : Reputed brand) and to be coupled with H.D. squirrel cage induction motor having E/B class insulation conforming to IS - 325/78 (Make : Reputed brand) to be connected to power source 400/440 V, 50 Hz, 3Ph complete with 415 V, 50 Hz, 3 ph FASD starter in sheet enclosure, coupling, HD base frame , fitted in accurate alignment.

Installation of 20 H.P Centrifugal Pump set on (Horizontal Split casing type, size: 150 mm(suction) x 125 mm dia. (delivery) of 60 LPS minimum discharge at 13.00 Mt head coupled with 3 ph, 415 V, 50 Hz, 1450 RPM squirrel cage induction motor of complete Pumpset. The job includes necessary transportation of pump set to the site and its installation on Barge/ Pontoon in proper position with accurate alignment by means of foundation nuts and bolts, etc. including testing & commissioning at site at full load condition complete with all works.

Starter Stand: Supply & Installation of MS Starter Stand made of MS Angle of size 50mmx50mmx5mm including of providence C.C Block Foundation for installation of starter stand along with the required cement concrete works etc. The work includes painting of the starter stand with 1(one) coat of red oxide metal primer to be followed by 2(Two) coats of anticorrosive smoke grey paint to be applied after air drying of each previous coat.

Supply and compressing of graphite greased gland packing of reputed quality as required quantity around the rotating shaft of the pump set against the gland pressure plate to form a water tight seal and adjusting with the help of gland nut in order to accommodate continuous operation.

Laying and connection of cables such as Feeder cable, priming motor cable, lighting cable etc. i) 35 sq mm x 3 ½core

C.I. Foot valve : Heavy Duty CI Foot Valve, Flange type, the holes of the flange should be drilled as per BSS No. 10, Part -1, Table- D. The materials of construcation and all componenets of the Foot Valve should strictly conform to IS : 10805 - 1986 and having marked with manufacture's name and trade mark. Size : 150 mm dia. FLEXIBLE RUBBER HOSE PIPE : Flexible rubber hose pipe as per construction schedule with required nos of wire reinforcement inside at different layers, without / with MS built in type flange coupling on both ends having drilled as per BSS No. 10, Part – I, Table – D. The hose pipes should be capable of withstanding a pressure equal to 1.5 times the designed working pressure without failure as per IS : 443 - 1975 and also withstand vacuum drawn upto 625 mm of mercury (approx.).The schedule of construction of the hose pipe should conform to IS : 3549 – 1983. Fitting, fixing and laying of G.I. Pipes with Accessories in Suction side including in delivery side : Laying, fitting, fixing and connection of suction pipe line for each pump set with 150mm dia. G.I. pipes of different length, fabricated G.I. pipes with different length, fabricated bends, tapper including foot valve for suction side. Reflex valve, sluice valve for delivery side of each pump set with 150 mm dia. G.I. pipes with different length, bends, fabricated G.I. pipes with different length as per drawing. The joints should be with the best quality pipe joining sets of required size comprises of 60mm thick black moulded rubber gasket, necessary nuts, bolts and washer. Every joint should be leak proof and should be completed in all respect from foot valve to the pump flange for suction side and fr4om delivery flange is the water flow through at proper F.S.L for the delivery side. The pipes lines with accessories must be proper painting.

Providing, fitting, fixing and erection of pipe supports for each pipeline at on interval of 3.00 Mtr. (approx) made of M.S. Channel (ISMC 75) 1.50 Mtr. height with angle bracing erected on CC block of size 0.45mX0.30mX0.60m below ground.

Supply, Fitting-fixing of Heavy duty CIDF sluice valve inside screw, non raising, vertical spindle type with hand wheel operation, need for water purpose. The rotation of closing should be counter clock wise. The holes of the flange should be drilled as per BSS No. 10, part-I, Table-D. All materials construction and components should strictly conform to IS:14846 – 2000 and having marked with manufacturers name and trade mark in the delivery pipe layout as directed/ as per drawing along with HD GI flange, pipe jointing materials and painting in complete as directed (iii) 150 mm dia
