Electrification of 179 Nos PVTG households through off grid mode under New Solar Power Scheme of Pradhan Mantri Jan Man Yojana (PM-JANMAN) in CESC jurisdiction and provide maintenance service for 5 years from the date of commissioning of systems

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Banker Details for reference

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

List of Financial Resources with Certificates

Satisfactorily completed works (at least 90% of the contract value) as prime contractor, at least one similar work i.e. Design, supply, installation, commissioning and R&M services for On Grid Off Grid Solar Solar Home Lighting System of value not less than Rs.71.6 Lakhs (not less than 80% of the contract value). The On Grid / Off Grid Solar / Solar Home Lighting System work shall have been carried out to any State Central Government Public Sector under takings Private Sector

Executed in any one year, in the last 5 years (2018-19 to 2022-23) at least On Grid / Off Grid Solar / Solar Home Lighting System for 100 Households

The Tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should possess required valid electrical license for carrying out electrification works

The Bidder shall be either a System Integrator or a module /Battery manufacturer or both

The bidder shall possess valid GSTIN & PAN. The bidder shall be registered with PF, ESI and Labor license

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e. (2018-19 to 2022-23) achieved at least in any two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs.179 Lakhs (not less than two times the estimated value of the contract) to verify the commercial capability of the contractor

The bidder should not have been blacklisted by the Central Government, State Governments or any Government organization/ agency in India. The Bidder shall not have been defaulted against any Work/Service against any of the previous Orders placed by any State / Central Government/Public sector under takings/ Private Sector as on the date of submission of bid

The bidders should have service centers in Karnataka

The Bidder shall have their company Registered under the Company Act-1956 & shall be in existence from at least 5 years

The Liquid assets of the Bidder consisting of (cash at bank plus term deposits plus availability of fund based credit/ Overdraft facility) of bidder on or after the date of notification of tender in any Nationalized / Scheduled commercial Bank shall not be less than Rs.22.38 Lakhs. (25% of the amount put to tender
