Consultancy services for preparation of detailed estimate and Yard Stick details of bldgs as under FF to Fifth floor to(S+5 storied) including servant qtrs,mumty,over head water tank,common areas,stair case,balconies etc all as shown in drawings (attached).

a) Type -II Qtr per 01 Block (Plinth area)

b) Car parking stilt area,meter Room with toilet,lift attendant room,plinth protection,ramps etc (Plinth area)

c) Pump house alongwith connected items store room and toilet (d) UG Sump 2,50,000 ltrs capacity (e) Garbage bin

(i) Item wise detailed estimate of quantities and cost of the aforesaid bldg as per SSR and non SSR items duly supported with market rate analysis.

(ii) Yard Stick (complete estimate in different stages as approved by department) details for the payment purpose at the time of execution shall be provided with complete calculation details.

(iii) Arch & Structural Drg plans of Bldgs will be provided by the Department.

(iv) Unit rate shall deemed to include the cost of supply of estimates & Yard stick in soft copy and hard copy in five sets on good quality papers.

(v) In case any amendments in design of drawings yard stick also should be prepared accordingly on the bases of amendement without any extra cost.

(vi) The Consultant shall provide and complete the Consultancy Services, stipulated hereinafter, to the satisfaction of the department or his authorized representative, within a period of 30 days, of conclusion of this Consultancy Job Order. The period of 30 days will start from the date of upload the tender by Department to Consultant..

(vii) Extension of time may be granted for delays caused, which in the opinion of the Department, were beyond the Consultant’s control, provided the Consultant applies for such extension of time in writing, within seven days of the occurrence of any event which caused delay

(viii) The Consultant shall carry out the services required in term of this Consultancy Job Order, according to accepted norms of sound engineering practice and Consultant shall be responsible for the technical soundness and accuracy of the services rendered
