Dismantling of existing water tanks capacity exc. 250 ltr but n.exc 500 ltr,and removing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of existing water tanks capacity exc. 500 ltr but n.exc 1000 ltr,and removing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces of walls or ceiling etc incl. raking out joints ,hacking for key and scrubbing down with water upto 4 storeys building complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete or brick surface and finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement upto 4 storeys building with water proofing compoundcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on Bk surfaces on fair face of brick work and finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete or brick surface and finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick on vertical surface such as in dado/skirting/risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) including dismantling of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 18mm to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking plat forms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including point ing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admix ture of pigment to match with shade of granite including dismantling of stone slab.

Refilling M &L for concrete with brick aggregate (Course) in lime mortar1:3, 300mm thick in the sunken with the help of proper tools & equipments & plants.

M&L for providing and making cement concrete in 40mm thickness in 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5mm graded aggregate) mixing Dr Fixit Pidiproof LW+. Complete in sunken upto the below level of tiling.
