Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out any type of soil for laying cables / pipes / erection of poles etc all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material(soil)not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading leveling watering well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each all as specified and as directed.

Testing the cables with high voltage DC testing machine and locating the fault in the cables by fault locating machine to pin point exact position of fault, disconnecting faulty 1.1 KV LT cables of different sizes from both ends, removal of Fault, Re-connections and testing of cables after removal of fault complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Excavation,earth work,cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. (b) Material and labour for emergency maintenance work of LT cable line during breakdown by deploying skilled electricians at faulty site including transportation and other tools and plant required at site for fault rectification.(c) Contractor or his rep shall come to the site of breakdown within two hours of notification of breakdown. In case the contractor or his rep shall not come to the site of breakdown and start attending breakdown within two hours, a penalty of Rs 600 per fault per hour shall be imposed over contractor and shall be deduct from his dues.

Replacement of Aluminum Bus Bar having current rating 400 Amp duly insulated with colour coding RYB and Black all as specified and as directed including making holes on the bus bar for making necessary connections complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of Aluminum Bus Bar having current rating 600 Amp duly insulated with colour coding RYB and Black all as specified and as directed including making holes on the bus bar for making necessary connections complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of Angle Iron for fixing Panel body shall be fixed on iron angle frame of size 40x40x5mm 40 cm grouted in 1:2:4 type 1 PCC 20 mm graded and 40 cm above the ground level duly painted with two coat of synthetic enammelled black paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed

Replacement Ammeter meter 100x100mm 0- 200 amps of CT ratio 100/5, Digital type volts includind all electrical connection complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement Ammeter meter 100x100mm 0-4000 amps of CT ratio 100/5, Digital type volts includind all electrical connection complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement Voltmeter meter 100x100mm 0-500 Volts, DIgital type volts in cludind all electrical connection complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted surfaces ,removing dust and other deposited materials by scraping from LT panel inner and outer surface of front and rear doors including all compartment of MCCBs,busbar chamber,cable tray etc with one coat of same existing colour synthetic enamel paint by means of spray gun complete all as specified and directed.

Repair and welding work the existing panel board door with provision of new door by taking down the old rusted door and provided hinges for door, if necessary and lock arrangement with provision of suitable size of sliding bolt and cleaning the welding surfaces by rubbing and polishing with two coat of synthetic enamel paint to match with existing colour complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to the existing LT panel board/Bus bar chambers/Pole loop boxes for disconnecting faulty/burnt portion of cable and preparing fresh terminals with suitable size of new aluminium lugs,bolt, nuts and washers suitable for size of cable from 4/3.5 core x 10 Sqmm to 50 Sqmm by taking down the old burnt/rusted lugs, bolts , nuts and washers in necessary quantity as per site requirment including cleaning the busbars, provision of insulation sleeves to busbars where ever required complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above item but size of cable 3.5 core x 70 sqmm to 240 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting/clearing and removing the vegetation/ bush/creepers growth any nature/type around on the electric panel/feeder pillar box/busbar chamber so as to keep clean the area for easy access to carry out repair/maintenance works in electric panel/feeder pillar box/busbar chamber etc, removing from site and throwing out at a place all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading Hard core of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surfaces using broken stones for LT Panels yard/Transformer yard etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of UNSV PCC/Steel pole and M&L for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate final taper plug bolts, nuts & screw all as specified and directed Type 410 SP 31 (9 Mtr long) with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer in full length of the pole with black and yellow strip up to 1.5 mtr over PCC coping alternatively including numbering the pole and necessary excavation incl dismantling the unserviceable pole etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation, demolition of concrete, PCC for foundation, coping and connected items shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items)

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2,( using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1, (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, for coping, filling and mass concrete with cement plastering finishing all as specified and directed.

Boring under roads without disturbing the top surface of the road for passing through the cables with using of 75 mm dia HDPE pipe. (Note : 1. Necessary infrastructure(Tools, Plants,Machinery and any eqpts) reqd for boring shall be arranged by the Contractor and rates deemed to be included for quoted rate. 2. HDPE pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm dia HDPE pipe PN-10 with fittings laid in trenches/wall for protection of underground cable when crossing the road/fixing on wall as in repair and all as specified and directed. (Make : Supreme/Prince).

M & L for Cutting of road/path for laying of GI tubing and making the good to disturbed road/ path including provision of PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for MCCB 63 amps ,4 pole 415 volts ,3 phase ,50 Hz AC, 16 KA breaking capacity. The MCCBs shall have spreader links and barriers as standard feature of manufacturer including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed. Rates deemed to be included for necessary fixing arrangements with minor accessories in Panel boards complete as reqd at site.
