Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of 8.5 TR, 4700 cfm/Module Air quantity from each unit at a external static of 12 mm of wg with all listed accessories as specifiied under technical section (SERVER ROOM FLOOR STANDING TYPE WITH BOTTOM DISCHARGE ) (1 WRKG+1 STAND BY) Factory -built Precision Air conditioners with all necessary accessories of the following complete.

SYSTEM DESCRIPTION

Each condensing unit factory assembled into a compact weather proof cabinet with common base consist of Twin circuited high efficiency condenser coil complete with twin horizontal air dischare, direct driven propeller type aluminium fans povided by TEFC Sq. cage induction motor.

Adequate precaution shall be carried out to keep the noise level at minimum since all the indoor units are located inside the conditioned area.

Precision air conditioning unit with R-407C/-410A/R-134A refrigerant consisting of inlet filter section with filters, fan, fan motor assembly to deliver below mentioned air quantity , Air cooled, Dx Coiling Coil, Heater banks to maintain humidity inside the space,condensate drain pan, Microprocessor panel, digital display, programmable control & recording unit complete with intelligent alpha numeric display, function keys, cursor keys, free programmable keys, multi color LEDS, inscription fields with integrated battery backup supply at 24V AC 50 Hz. The unit for operation on 415 V 50 Hz AC supply. The Display panel display date,time,actual & set values, operating conditions, signal faults, collective faults limiting values.

Unit should be suitable for Top/Bottom discharge as per the specification.

Air cooled condenser should be inclusive of compressor, hot gas discharge line, liquid receiver, head pressure controls,terminal box etc., Each air conditioning module should have one remote control to reduce dependence on common components.

Accessories should be wiring integration for controls of supply.

Insulated Hard drawn copper Refrigerant piping suction line Liquid Line & Discharge Line to be insulated between indoor & outdoor Unit,complete with PVC/GI protective enclosure.The copper pipes with 19 mm Thickness Nitrile Rubber, copper circuit to be vacuum tested with Nitrogen

Alarm to 24 hour environmental control monitoring . High temperature alarm kit consists of thermostat, Temperature sensor, relay, hooter complete with power wiring etc., including all fitting accessories in Ms Conduit.

MS stand for housing indoor and outdoor units shall be scope of supply.

Floor Mounted, Bottom discharge Aircooled DX Type precison Air condtioners of 8.5 TR Actual Cooling capacity & 4700 CFM (Actual Cooling Cooling Capacity at return air tempareture of 21 deg C DB & 50% RH and Outdoor Ambient Condition @42 Deg C with R-407C Refrigerant GAS) & shoould work at part load (From 20% to 100%) with Variable Capacity compressor.

The Indoor unit Digital Scroll Compressor, Evaporator fan complete with Backward curved type with EC motor,Evaporator DX Cooling Coil, Microprocessor contollers, Thermostatic Expansion valves, Driers,G4 Filter, Suctin and Discharge piping, Internal power and Control wiring, Crankcaswe Heaters, Humidifers, HP/LP Cutouts, Power and Control contacotrs and Other Electrical accessories.

The Outdoor Condenser unit shall comprise of Condenser fans & motor, Condenser cooling coil (Copper coil with aluminium fins), Isolater switch. Fan speed controller

The unit suitable for operation on 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase, 4 wire AC supply. Each unit should be individual display panel, which display date, time , actual & set values, operaing conditions, signal faults, collective faults, limiting values and PAC wellness alarm/service alarm to reduce the down time and unit memory holding the 400 most recent events with ID number, time and date stamp for each event.

Supply of Unit, as per above specification. Each unit footprint should not exced 850 mm (W) X 850 mm (D) x 1950 mm (H).(1 Working +1 Stand by)

Supply of 18 SWG Hard drawn Copper Refrigerant Piping of 1 1/8” dia & 7/8” dia, 13mm Thick nitrile rubber insulation for hot copper pipe, floor insulation with 19 mm Nitile Rubber, PVC insulated armoured copper control cable between indoor units & outdoor units with necessary supports & end terminations with 3C x 2.5 Sqmm copper cable, 3C x 2.5 Sqmm of input power cable, , 4C x 10Sqmm flexible stranded copper cable, Heavy duty anodised aluminium diffusers of 600 mm x 600 mm, Return air Continuous Grill 6” wide Continuous Grill and Refrigerant Gas ( R 407 C) as required at site.

Note:-1. Any other items required for the Precision AC units left out are deemed to be included in the item. 2. All necessary civil works such as opening of walls, making holes, laying of pipes, cables, necessary clamping etc including making good of the disurbed place with matching to the existing one are deemed to be included in the Job. 3. Existing old damaged AC unit with all connected items are to be dismantled and handed over to Engineer-in-charge. Make:- Voltas, Hitachi, Daikin, Blue Star, Trane, Stulz.
