Excavating in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation, laying of pipes, etc. and not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and notexceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out as in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and exceeding 1.50 m deep and not exceeding 3.0 m in depth for foundations or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and exceeding 1.50 m deep and not exceeding 3.0 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soils to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed, at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete as specified.

Supply and laying well burnt brick, Sub class ‘B’, old size as in cable protection, laid across in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning with clean, dry sand in trenches for protection of UG cables, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Tubes , light grade galvanised with all fittings 40 mm bore for laying of cable under trenches , road fixed to wall/pole with suitable size of MS flat clamps for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Tubes , light grade galvanised with all fittings 80 mm bore for laying of cable under trenches , road fixed to wall/pole with suitable size of MS flat clamps for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Hard surface cutting as in road, pavement, etc. for laying of cables, pipes etc of any size up to a approximate width 45 cm and depth 60 cm and making good to surfaces with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 complete after laying of cable, pipe etc as required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making hole by suitable means for insertion of GI pipe 40mm bore to 80mm for passing cable across the road without cutting the road complete as required and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old underground cables, any size or capacity from trenches, ducts, floor, pipes including cable protection and removing materials from site of work complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply & laying in trenches / fixed to pole, walls. etc LT, XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric power cable with aluminum conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 16 Sqmm, 4.0 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I)-1988 and testing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying in trenches / fixed to pole, walls. etc LT, XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric power cable with aluminum conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 25 Sqmm, 4.0 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I)-1988 and testing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type I flat size of 300 x 180 mm x 40 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cable jointing Kit for 11 KV ( Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type Joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium cable of size 95 Sqmm 3.0 core including taking down of Old Jointing Kit all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Switch air break gang (11 KV) operated triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating upto 200 Amps including dismantling of old unsv one from 4 pole structure, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for expulsion fuse assembly single pole vertically mounted on MS channel 11000 volts grade upto 100 amp capacity including making connections with HT cables/ GOD with provision of jumper, including dismantling of old unsv one, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Single disc assembly with disc insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm high and 225 mm dia ball and socket type white, brown or green for tension with tension clamps for conductors working pressure 11000 Volts grade, including taking down of insulator, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrinkable joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 to 240 Sqmm including taking down of Old Jointing Kit, complete all as specified and directed. M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of LT steel tubular pole 9.00 / 11.0 m long, cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, back plate with nut bolts washers and providing one coat of aluminium paint including numbering and making strips in circular shape of diameter 150 mm black colour letter of height 50 mm complete all as directed by Engr in Charge not exceeding 150 mm upto 1.5 mtr above ground level with alternate layer of yellow and black paint, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Bracket suitable for fixing of street light fitting made out from 40mm bore GI pipe, medium grade 1.5 metre in length, made to shape as required, fixed to pole/ wall with MS flat iron clamp of size 25x4mm duly welded, bent to shape and making holes etc complete including necessary nuts, bolts & washer etc as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting HT/LT side cable connections and removing 200 KVA transformer from mounting platform, draining out transformer oil for repair/maintenance of transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance of transformer such as cleaning of core and winding by means of washing down with clean dry oil to remove dust/sludge on core and coil, cleaning of oil tank to remove sludge deposits, replacement of old rusted gasket set, burnt out spindle, broken/unserviceable HT and LT ceramic bushing, broken arc horn surge arrester,painting of outside surface of transformer complete for transformer of following capacity all as required and directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (Note : (a) Cost of oil for cleaning shall be deemed included in the quoted rate. Supply only breather assembly of approved make filled with silica gel suitable for transformer of 200 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only gasket set for top lid cover of LT and HT terminal bushing suitable for transformer of 200 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only brass spindle for terminal on HT side threaded complete with nut washers etc of suitable dia for transformer of 150 - 250 KVA capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only brass spindle for terminal on LT side threaded complete with nut washers etc of suitable dia for transformer of 150 - 250 KVA capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only ceramic bushing on HT side suitable for transformer of 150 - 250 KVA capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only transformer oil of approved quality as per IS having dielectric strength of 40-60 KV in 2.5mm gap for filling in transformer or for topping up as required and directed. (Make : Gulf/Savita/Trans Power Oil as approved)

Dehydration and filtration of transformer oil by means of centrifugal filtration plant to achieve desired dielectric strength of 35 to 40 KV at 2.5mm gap in existing position of transformer of any capacity and topping up transformer oil at various Sub-Stations all as required and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Deficient quantity of transformer oil required for topping up will be paid under item here in before).

Disconnecting of both HT and LT connection from cable end box and taking down the disconnected transformer (Out Door/Indoor type) of 150 to 250 KVA capacity from platform with the help of recovery/Hydra, chain pulley and other T&P required at site, and transportation of unserviceable transformer to authorized civil workshop and bringing back at same location after repair in a suitable vehicle including loading, unloading, complete all as directed .

Installation of transformer of same capacity or higher capacity (upto 250 KVA) in place of unsv transformer (which found major repair and taking to wksp for repair), on hire basis for maximum period of 10 days when ordered. Note:- Repairing of transformer have to be completed with in 10 days duration, no extra cost will be paid toward hiring charges beyond 10 days. Moreover contractor will not be allowed to shift the hired transformer until it is replaced by the repaired transformer. Any thing goes wrong in the hired transformer, no extra cost will be paid towards repairing of hired transformer. Contractor should check the available infrastructure and to be sure regarding safety of transformer before installation. The rate quoted is deemed to be included transportation cost, connecting incoming & outgoing cables, earthing leads lifting/lowering arrangement, labour etc., complete all as specified and directed.
