Supply and Erection of 2 Nos. 110 Watt LED (Super White) Temp. 5700 K, ingress Protection Class: IP 65 and above, BIS standard: IS 15885 (Part-2 / Sec 13): 2012/IEC60730-: -1:2010 Luminaries 160 lumen / Watt with suitable standalone operation duly mounted on GI Bracket. Make luminaries Mansa / Phillips / Wipro / Bajaj / Havells complete with double bracket alongwith accessories as under for installation on existing pole 8 / 9 Mtr. long (with Hydra or suitable arrangement) Bracket made of GI 40 mm B – Class Pipe 1.5 Mtr. long each side with suitable size of nipple for erection of fittings, with curved bottom pipe GI 32 mm B class and suitable GI collar 60 CM long for erection of bracket on top of octagonal pole (100 mm top) including supply and erection of Solar Panel monochromatic 2 x 150 Wp Watt fixed on suitable GI frame made of GI sheet 18 gauge all along the bottom of panel duly erected on existing pole including petty material required for installation (Make Solar Panel Exide / Luminous / Havells / Rhine / Tata) Alongwith supply and erection of 2 x 148 Ah lithium ion battery consisting of liquid EV Cell upto 2550 m Ah BIS standard / IEC standard: ISI 16046 (Part): 2018/IEC62133-2:2017 in suitable enclosure having suitable protection for outdoor installation on existing pole structure (Make Battery Mansa / Exide / Luminous approved by BIS). Including supply and erection of 6 Nos. charge controller with auto control On / Off (Dawn / Dusk) with MPPT reducer booster BIS standard / IEC standards: ISI 14286/IEC61215, ISI2834 / IEC61836: 2013, ISI6170-Part1/IEC61853 Part1, IS 2553 (Part 3): 2019, including necessary wiring with 1.0 Sqmm 3 core flexible wire ISI mark from Solar Panel to battery to charger controller to street light luminaries. (Make Charger Controller as approved by MNRE). Complete system for operating at least 16 hours backup complete in all resect of Engineer-in-charge of the work.
