Supply & Fix street light bracket made out of GI tubing 40mm bore medium grade not exceeding 1.5 m long bent to shape as directed including suitable mild steel clamps of flat iron of size 50x6mm with mild steel bolts nuts and washer fixed to steel tubular pole/PCC pole duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down of old light bracket with clamps complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing PVC insulated and sheathed stranded copper conductor 2.5 sqmm three single core 1100V grade for connection of street light fittings including taking down old unserviceable wire all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in (soils), including spreading, levelling, watering well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed

Material & Labour for providing dry natural river sand, free from particles as in cushioning for protection of cable punned down all as specified and directed. NOTE Punned thickness shall only be considered for measurement and payment as specified.

Supply and laying in trenches well burnt bricks sub class 'B' locally available, dry laid flat across the length of trench as in cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting, testing and commissioning in trenches/through pipes or bare in road crossings/paths/drains/ducts/floors/ along poles/equipments etc, testing and commissioning of Cable under ground, LT, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium multi stranded conductor,1100V grade of cross sectional area 4.0 core 16 sqmm using lugs etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE Excavation/earthwork, sand for cushioning, protection pipe,bricks for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately. Unit rates quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable cable any type/size, protection pipe etc.

Supply & Fix in repairs junction box / bus bar chamber for loop connection of street light cable with 2 nos copper strip fixed on base of pole of size 300 x 200 x 105 mm including provision for cable entry and exit and fixing arrangement with the bottom of the pole by means of suitable size MS Clamp ,nut bolts and washer etc complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in repairs distribution board sheet metal enclosure single pole and neutral, AC, 240 volts, 2 way with 100 Amps rated copper bus bar and flush to wall including all cutting in walls and making good including two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to match the existing disturbed surfaces complete all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
