Picking existing black top surface - 2 to 5cm thick.

Dismantling RCC Slab(reinforcement is being corroded) from Strom Water Drain - Steel is declared unfit for reuse.

Desilting of Storm Water Drains

Dewatering using 5HP diesel engine pumpset including Hire charges, cost of Diesel, Engine oil, pump operator, labour charges, conveyance of pumpset and fuel to site and back, loading, unloading and any other incidental charges etc., complete.

Shoring and shrutting for all trenches excavated beyond 2m depth in all soils and for loose soils as per prevailing site conditions using country wood planks, necessary scantling, Nails, wedges including all labour and fabrication charges etc. complete. (upto 2.50m depth)

Towards the hire charges for Providing temporary approach platforms to the residences near execution site including the cost of fabrication,placing properly across the drains ,removing the same after the work is complete etc as directed by Engineer in charge. The approach platform will be made of 2.40mx1.20m - 6mm MS sheet fabricated with 50mm dia B Class M.S pipe-3.6m at bottom longitudinal and 3Nos MS flats 25mmx6mm cross direction and both side of hand rail with 50mm dia 1No of horizontal and 2 Nos of vertical support including fixing MS flat drilled and suitabale for joining with bolts and nuts including cost of materials,fabrication charges etc complete.

EARTHWORK EXCAVATION for foundation in all kinds of soils in variying depths including dismantling of any masonry or roots met with in foundation shoring with planks and bailing of water if necessary, cleaning levelling the site with initial lead and excluding refilling the sites with excavated earth etc. complete.

Plain Cement concrete work 1:4:8 (1 cement, 4 Crushed Stone Sand (Commercially called M-Sand) and 8 blue granite broken stone jelly 40mm gauge) including consolidation curing, etc. complete for foundation, etc. upto basement.

Supplying and erecting shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement for RCC column footings,pintol blocks, plinth beam, staircase steps, critical steps, critical piers,etc.,using mild steel sheets of size 90x60cm and 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size25x25x3mm for boarding laid over silver Oak (country wood) joists of size 10x6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by sq.m.casuarina props of 10 to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc.,complete

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and shuttering upto 3m high for plane surface such asside slabs of RCC boxing and similar vertical RCC slab etc. withall cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90x60cm and 10gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over Oak (country wood) joists of size 10x6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10 to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc. complete.

Providing and laying in position ,Standardised Concrete Mix M-25 Grade in accordance with IS :456-2000,using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50, including admixture (Plasticiser/Superplasticier) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate ,retard setting of concrete,improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cum) 7730 kg of 20 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum) 5156 kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cum) 7670 kg of sand,but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges,centering and shuttering and also including laying,vibrating with mechanical vibrators,finishing,curing,etc and providing complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standrands.( No Separate payment will be made by the department for the excess usage of materials).

Supplying and fabricating RTS / TMT STEEL rods including cutting, bending hooks, cranking, fabricating, assembling and laying in exact position,typing with soft steel wire 18 gauge ,etc., complete conforming to BIS std.

Providing and laying in position ,Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS :456-2000,using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (Plasticiser/Superplasticier) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate ,retard setting of concrete,improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cum) 7730 kg of 20 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum) 5156 kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cum) 7670 kg of sand, nut excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges,centering and shuttering and also including laying,vibrating with mechanical vibrators,finishing,curing,etc and providing complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standrands.(No Separate payment will be made by the department for the excess usage of materials).

Refilling with the execavated eath in regular layers of 15cm thick each including carefully ramming watering etc,. complete.complying with standard specification.

Carting away the surplus earth/debris to a lead of 12km.including Loading, unloading and dumping in the Corporation Land as directed by the project Manager during execution

Construction of cast -in- situ Silt Catch Pit of inner size 450 X 450 X 450 mm including necessary earth work excavation including providing foundation in PCC 1:5:10 under wall 150mm thick and cutting the existing storm water drain of size 300 x 150mm for fixing 2 Nos of 160mm dia PVC pipe on the storm water drain mouth with RCC cast in situ wall of size 120mm in RCC 1:1.5:3 with steel of 9.25 kg including fixing Ductile Iron grating hinged with frame clear opening 450 x 450mm -25 MT -completing the finishing work etc..

Construction of cast -in- situ Silt Catch Pit With Rain Water Harvesting Structure of inner size 600 X 600 x 600 mm including necessary earth work excavation including providing foundation in PCC 1:5:10 under walls 150mm thick and cutting the storm water drain of size 300 x 150mm for opening on the storm water drain mouth, with RCC cast in situ wall of size 150mm in RCC 1:1.5:3 with steel of 10.60 kg including fixing Ductile Iron grating hinged with frame Clear opening of size 600 x 600mm of class C-250 (Heavy Duty 25MT) - completing the finishing work etc., cost per each number. Using Hand Bore Set drilling of bore hole of 300mm dia upto 4.35m depth including shifting of the hand bore from one place to another place within 5 km and filling in with 40mm HBG metal with 200mmdia pvc pipe 6kg/cm2.

Supplying of 160 mm dia PVC pipe with ISI Monogram (working pressure 6 kg/cm2).

Supplying and fixing of 24" FRC manhole cover with frame 600mm dia clear opening heavy duty as per IS:12592/2002. The frame & cover shall bear a non fracture load of 20MT for 30seconds with frame height of 165mm, cover height 90mm, Bearing (Seating area of cover)75mm with Hot Dip Galvanizing Hook of cover 16mm, frame edge protection flat of size 25 x 3mm exposed surface of M.S. rings shall be painted with anti corrosive bitumastic paint.

Supplying & Jointing 20mm dia PVC pipe.including cutting, threading and jointing with necessary specials fixing to wall with clamps and screws including making holes in the wall or drilling holes in roof and making good the wall or roof after fixing with necessary scaffolding, etc., complete

Providing as Built Drawing in Auto Cad format and GIS format

Surveying and levelling for the proposed alignment of Storm water Drain by Total station method by engaging qualified Engineers with minimum qualification of B.E.(Civil), Technical Asistant Grade I & II and Mazdoor category I, using the contractor own survey instruments, Special tools and plants vehicle hire charges, transportation, initial incidental charges such as jungle clearance etc. Preparation of Tree map and alignment plan, duly incorporating salient details, such as topographical features, permanent land marks, bench marks etc. at appropriate points, alignment plans and longitudinal section plan at 30 m intervals in addition to other salient locations such as branches,bends,culverts, river crossing etc,with all field particulars in Auto Cad and submission of plan 3 set, along with LF books with making all entries with certification by above qualified Engineers with soft copy and marking TBM stones at required places with bench mark registers soft copies 3 set and hard copy 5 set etc., complete as directed by GCC officers.

Providing of Rain Water Harvesting struture using precast well ring size 1200 (inner dia) x 4500mm (Height) (300mm x 15Nos) x 50mm (thick) using 1:1.5:3 concrete necessary earth work excavation providing PCC 1:5:10 and RCC cover slab of 1680mm dia 180mm thick . Providing bore hole of size 300mm dia using hand bore set upto 8.50m depth including shifting of the hand bore from one place to another plac with in 5km, erecting 200mm dia slotted PVC pipe (6kg/cm2) with cowl, filling with 20mm HBG metal out side peripheral of the pipe including cost, conveyance, cleaning the site and finishing etc., complete.

Providing iron barricading of size 2m width and 1m height with 40mm dia MS Tubular pipe for vertical supports on both sides and three lines of barricading with 25mm aize MS Tubular pipe and 2x1m MS sheet with name board of size 0.60x0.45m size MS sheet (20gauge)including cutting, welding, fabrication charges and one coat of primer and 2 coat of enamel paint of approved quality with fixing of indication with reflecting stickers and necessary interlocking arrangements with adjoining units and placing the barricading units as directed at the site for a period of 28days. The MS sheet barricading is a temproray barricading and can be removed and reused after the completion of work in a particular strech.

Fabrication, Supply and erection of Screw Gearing Steel Shutter of size above 1.00m and upto5.00m width, made out of 10mm thick Mild Steel plates, minimum 4 rows of horizontal stiffeners using ISMB 150 x 75mm and ISMC 100 X 50mm Channels 6 rows for vertical stiffeners 2 Nos. and 10mm Mild Steel plate for Gusset plate 2 Nos. of size 0.25 x 0.25m using 12mm Mild Steel plate providing roller on both side 4 Nos. of 100mm dia Mild Steel rollers with 80mm dia Gun metal bushes fixed on 100 x 50mm Mild Steelchannel 2 Nos. on both side and proivding leakage proof pipe 'B' Class 80mm dia G.I.pipe 2 Nos to the required height and rubber beading in the bottom of the shutter with required bolts and nuts. The 'A' Frame made up of ISMC 100 x 50mm channel and including conveying and leading the shutter to site. and erection of shutter in position at site with all accessories and hire charges of machinery. The shutter shall be finished with one coat of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide primer. The rate to include dismantling the old shutter from the vent, including the power required, conveyance of equipments to site, loading of dismantled materials after completion of work, transporting to stores, unloading and stacking. The rate shall include the cost of petty civil work and trial operations and all taxes etc., complete.

Extra labour for RCC precast works including moulding with proper lifting and handling facilities , transportation, erection, fixing in alignment positioning necessary centring materials plastering the exposed surface with C:M 1:3 (1cement and 3 crushed stone sand commercially called m sand)) 10mm thick and rendering smooth with cement at 1.50kg per 1sqm curing for 7days fixing in position etc complete as directed during execution.

Supplying and fixing of M.S.Grills the vertical screening grils of standard rectangular design using 25mmx10mm M.S.Flats for outer frame and 20mmx5mm M.S.Flats for inner frame and for inner grill portion.The Vertical grillspacing should be25mm the same as provide with foldable grill door in top portion with nessery handle, hinges and locking arrangements with enamel painting two coating over two coats of primer as instructed by

Drafting and updating the ESHS documentation ( on hazardous waste produced by the Contractor´s works, document the changes in condition of all Project Areas from the start of works until the Performance Certificate is issued). Inspection and Reporting- Incident reporting, Monthly ESHS progress reporting, Health and safety reporting.

Implementation of the Health and Safety -Plan: Meetings, health care centre, medical check‑ups, First aid emergencies and evacuations, safety protective equipment and including space for storage of material. Medical check-ups: initial (recruitment), annual and upon returning to work after sick leave; b) Screening, vaccinations and preventive healthcare; c) General healthcare during the execution of the works; d) Medical assistance in the event of an accident and assistance for emergency evacuations.

Accommodation, drinking water, meals and transportation of staff(*)(hygiene)(*) : The Bidder shall detail the financial conditions of the supply of accommodation, meals and transport to its staff:

a) Accomodation for ESHS staff (ESHS Manager and Community Liasion Officer) within a reasonable distance from worksite.

b) Minimum 2 meals for ESHS staff with a good hygiene conditions both in kitchen and service area.

c) Transportation allowance for ESHS staff to operate independantly to all locations of Project area.

Training at the start of work and on half yearly basis

a) The contractor needs to engage experts in the concerned field/ organisation for Training /making awareness to workers and staff in the following aspects Training to Workers i) Code of Conduct (ii) combating malaria (if prevalent) and waterborne diseases, iii) Prevention of COVID-19 transmission, iv) HIV/AIDS sensitization training, v) Gender sensitization; vi) Emergency response procedures or evacuation; vii) Community relations training for workers viii) Health and Safety awareness training

b) Training to Staff /Sub contractor staff i), Training in first aid and transporting the injured, ii)Code of Conduct iii) Rules and Procedure to be followed in the project iv) ESMP implications and safety rules v) Protection of adjacent areas

c) Mock drill on disaster management with support from Tamilnadu Disaster Response Force at the start of work and annually ( to be taken up along with training period)

d) Community Hall Rent

Protection of adjacent areas, biodiversity, prevention of erosion and wastewater management to minimise or avoid adverse impact on environment.

Measures for Traffic, noise from vehicle ,plant and equipment’s and atmospheric emissions management including dust pollution to nearby settlement areas .

Waste and hazardous products management, management of oil and grease waste in a separate storage place with proper ventilation

Transplantation of trees including all machinery charges,labour,pit excavation manually , Pruning of Trees and removing of strums, branches cutting, providing medicine application, antitermite ,antibacterial, antifungal treatment application of phorate powder,30ml of antibacterial liquid, 30ml of antifungal liquid 20ml root promote( IBA Solution )as per requirement , transportation of the tree to the designated place for transplantation. At transpantation site - pit excavation to the required size , replantating the tree and refilling the pit with soil mixed with natural nutrient , New pits inside all directions fungicide control granules application watering the plant etc complete and as directed by Project Manager.
