Providing of various machinery and equipment parts to the Electromagnetic brakes & Central drive units of radial gates installed at Ujh Barrage:-Providing of material to electromagnetic brake set of 10 No. radial gates S/w 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11 & 12 installed at Ujh barrage by way of disconnecting all the electrical connections between motor and electromagnetic brake assembly. Job includes cutting all rusted nuts and bolts using cutter/gas cutting arrangements and extraction of whole damaged electromagnetic brake assembly from the central drive unit of radial gates. Job includes dismantling driving shaft from the unit for further straightening, reconditioning, turning and polishing along with brake drum to the required shape and size at workshop. Job also includes major overhauling of electromagnetic brake assembly by way of dismantling it and removing old/worn-out parts. Providing and fitting of fiber leathers, spring as per sample size including field coil, magnetic core, an armature, hub, adjustable rod, lock pins and other allied parts. Job includes Providing/Fitting of nuts, bolts with washers as per sample size including alignment/adjustment of driving shaft & motor with Elecon gear box. Also, adjustment of required clearance between drum and fiber shoes of the brake set needs to be precisely done. After assembling of all parts electromagnetic brake set with motor and making all electrical connections and thereafter testing the brake set by operating radial gates both upward and downward movement. Complete job includes installation/fitting charges, tools and tackles required for the execution of job along with the cost of material including cost of supply at site besides charges of installation and all the taxes as applicable(10 No jobs) Providing of material to central drive unit by way of Strengthening/ reconditioning of unit, cover drum of gear reduction units of 09 No radial gates, U/s 1 to 3, S/w 13 to 18 installed at Ujh Barrage. The job includes opening of cover drum of gear reduction C.D units, straightening/ strengthening to rope cover drum by cleaning the whole cover drum with the help of wire brush/emery paper. Job also includes fabrication of new sheet of cover drum after dismantling worn-out one. Welding of weakened joints/spots of Central Drive units, cover drum of gear reduction units by using superior quality M.S electrodes (assuming average 5% of already welded). Replacement of nuts and bolts of cover drum of gear reduction units and central drive units as per sample size. Job also includes alignment/ adjustment of floating shafts of radial gates to avoid any play. Complete job includes installation/fitting charges, tools and tackles required for the execution of job along with the cost of material including cost of supply at site besides charges of installation and all the taxes as applicable.(09 No jobs)
